In the beginning of the video it shows his website and his books towards the end of the video and I’m sure your questions would be answered if you read there. You will not regret it. He said in the video he’s done a ton of talks and I got to witness it. Truly amazing. If you figure it out I’d love to know. Wish I could help but it’s been a minute since his speech. I mostly remember my emotions towards the talk and him talking about his kids and wife everything else is blur
