I am a 27-year-old woman, have no idea why I started watching this video but didn't click away as your voice and vibe are very soothing :D But I remembered a time when I was losing a bunch of hair when I was travelling around Morocco, and after that stayed in Berlin and Stockholm. I realized that it was the shower water in these places that was destroying my scalp. I live in Finland, and the water here is amazing, my hair is always so thick and vibrant and grows super long when I stay here. Basically anywhere else my hair has always been too dry to grow very long. Finnish shower water (and tap water) is soft and gentle, and without much effort my hair is now up to my waist, and my ends are not brittle. Tap water is so fucked in most places around to globe, and literally kills the scalp, slowly but surely. Regardless of my diet, or of how much I massaged my scalp (which I sometimes do for more hair growth as I want to keep my hair long), hair masks etc, the single biggest factor for having a healthy, bouncy and fast growing hair has been the the water that I wash it with. Also apple cider vinegar rinses are seriously magical.

Thank you so much for your honest video. A lot of your viewers seem to be impatient. They would rather get tricked by 3 minute videos meant for selling products than spend just 20 minutes watching actual experience. It's also the first time I've seen someone that isn't Chinese talk about stimulating parts of body through finger massage. It is real and there are ways to test it, such as deep-massaging the knuckle of the thumb of one hand would stimulate tear flow through the eye on the same side. I really appreciate your video, keep it up!
@FriendlyFireNA5 жыл бұрын
The scalp massage for bloodflow is definitely more direct, like you said. I just want to add on another thing. There is a saying in Chinese medicine that "it hurts because there is no flow" and this refers to bloodflow. If a part of your body hurts, such as on scalp or a knot on your back, massage it and not just ignore it. Make sure you soothe it and allow blood flow so your BODY fixes your problems, instead of relying on western medicine which all have side effects.
@FriendlyFireNA5 жыл бұрын
Also, in addition to water softener, make sure to wipe all the water out of your hair, especially before you go to sleep. In ancient times, this is emphasized as something dangerous, because your wet scalp will absorb coldness overnight and you will likely have headache in morning, along with scalp damage. Your scalp is thin and isnt covered with bed blankets. Dont let it suffer an entire night.

I have this theory that seems to be very well connected to existing "miracle solutions for hair loss". From personal experience i can say that I don't suffer with MPB in a sense that it can get diagnosed. My doctor and my hairdresser both said that I had nothing to worry about (for now). BUT.... My hair sometimes gets thinner than it usually is, and thicker on other occasions which has made me examine those to contexts more carefully. First of all diet is a huge role like it is stated in this video. I generally eat pretty healthy, and hair needs certain nutrients to grow properly. but a thing which is often overlooked is that you need to eat ENOUGH CALORIES. being in a caloric deficit for a week or more properly won't hurt your hair a lot. But sometimes i lose like 5-10 kgs in a matter of 6 months, and my hair suffers greatly. Then as i start eating enough again it becomes thicker. So it's def. true in my case, and studies show the same thing. People with anorexia often have a lot of hairloss, so it makes sense that even eating like 500 calories too little but for a very long time has an impact on hair. Also remember to get your vitamin D, magnesium, iron and biotin. (B12). Also diet is often a matter of what you don't eat versus what you eat. If you eat health foods, but then a lot of sugary foods and junk, I am sure that your hair will be affected as well. So eliminate the junk as well. Then the other thing I have realised is that scalp tension, inproper blood flow, calcification also plays a role in some way or the other. This is also stated in the video. Here is my take on it. I have a lot of anxiety, and one of my symptoms is a tight scalp, and head tension/jaw tension. People with anxiety often report a "tight band around their head", and headaches. I have now tried the brush thing, and can confirm that it works amazing for me. It reduces the tension at least temporarily, but the longer I have done it the more "permanent" the results are. My hair just feels thicker overall and more lively. On top of that not eating enough is also correlated to increased anxiety, so you can see how everything is interconnected. Another thing on that note is the periods in my life where my hair has felt the thickest are the periods where my anxiety has been lower. So maybe that's a product of lower cortisol levels/ adrenalin which makes the body overall healthier, but also reduced tension in the scalp region. So if you struggle with anxiety as well, i would recommend reading a book called "DARE" which is based on cognitive behavioural terapy, which is the only proven way of actually curing anxiety for some people. Not managing but curing. Or you can read the work of Claire weeks an australian author who introduced the concepts which "DARE" is built on. Anxiety is something noone can avoid completely, it's a natural part of live. It's basically an inbuilt response our body has to respond to danger, but you can teach your brain to only react to real dangers, not the made up ones we create ourselves. Best of luck.

Brother, I was about to call bs, but I think you’re onto something. My business is in the functional food space, and the only really solid root cause science can find with any consistency (relatively) is stress. For a number of reasons, stress disrupts blood flow to the scalp.

Stinging Nettle root extract or tincture (do it yourself dig those suckers out and make the tincture), junglans regia and horse tail are pretty good for washing hair. Other hair loss reason can be low thyroid function! Very good advices overall. Glad you showed the scalp massage. Getting that blood flow is crucial!

There are many ways to be vegan. And many ways can damage you if not done properly. I've been vegan twice. 1) First few weeks I felt better 2) After a month or so I felt I was goin weaker, so I quit and jumped back on meat, dairy and all . As I restarted that I felt reebooting positevly. That was it. My time to say "sorry vegans, I tried" as you said. 3) After few months in holiday I met some people who made me taste the proper vegan food and made read some books that make me understand I was doing it all wrong and was not balancing the nutritious I would get from meat and all. After I tried the proper way, with not supplement support I felt amazing, started my own cuisine page, I put on more mass than I ever did, had amazing quick digestion (I also excluded some foods like you did but that's another story). Now I've been vegan for 5 years and could never go back. I saw 3 different point of view of the same story and I chose what made me feel at my best.

Crazy stuff. I remember stumbling upon this video a year ago when I was 18 with a full head of thick hair and thinking "Man why I am I even watching this, There is no way I will ever start losing my hair". Now at 19 over the past few months I've started noticing that why hair is getting thinner and it's not growing as thick and dense as before. In the past year I have just started my college course and my diet and lifestyle have become really poor, I have been under constant stress from College work, Waking up early in the morning and not getting enough sleep that night because of staying late to work on projects or socialize with friends, Social stress from constantly having to deal with new people, And eating a poor diet because I've been more busy than ever before and have had less opportunity to eat my own food and instead buy premade food that usually isn't so good, usually at the college cafeteria. On top of that I was trying to exercise 5 days a week mindlessly going to each workout and training my ass off even though my body clearly couldn't recover from the physical stress and needed me to rest. You get the picture. So now I am watching this video again. And realizing that I actually do need it. Strange how things work in this world sometimes. I'm have already in the past few weeks made some of the changes and the difference in my hair both in volume and the quality of the hairs is starting to become apparent. Your story gives me hope that it's not too late for me.

@@pavankumaraakash yep. Serous as can be. I remember getting hayfever allergic reactions the first time when I was 15 years old. That's also when my hair started falling out. It makes sense to me that our bodies react the same way to some kinds of food, it causes what they call a 'chronic inflammation'. One of the side effects of that is hairloss. Today i'll have a talk with a trichologist; a specialist who analyzes your DNA (by hair) and tells you what causes the chronic inflammation (food and non-food). I'll be attacking the problem from the inside and outside. Hope that helps.

But saw some results as I combed, brushed and massaged more for months and the pain went away. I can relate to so much of what you went through. Took the exact same path and destination with food. Besides meditation, I would recommend sungazing or at least meditating with your eyes closed in front of the sun and absorbing it. Sound silly but while doing that, imagining the patches filling in.
