This is honestly so incredible and really helpful because I’m currently studying for the MCAT and trying to learn Japanese and I can’t lie sometimes it’s hard to be consistent. Definitely looking forward to using these tips 🙏🏽

I’m so happy to hear that Khalilah! The first hurdle is just wanting to bring consistency into what you’re doing so I’m happy to hear that you already have that! I’m hoping these tips help you too! 🙏🏽

I'm an indigenous student up here in Canada. A few months ago your videos motivated me to start preparing for the MCAT. I've been utilizing your study routines in my daily life. Im happy to say that they have really improved my studyinh and overall learning experience. Although, I still need to work on my efficiency! Thanks so much for your videos. I wish you and your family all the best.

Any chance the podcast will ever come back? I love listening on my way to work and just hearing the different views people have on medicine and the great tips on how to get into med school and just life general. :)

Hey!! That is definitely one thing that I am hoping to bring back for a second season. Things have been super busy, but once I have a chance, I think it’s fair to say the podcast will come back 😎

How many new anki's you do everyday? and how many cards you review for the old ones?
@EvolvingMedic2 жыл бұрын
It really depends. Some days no new cards and others like 100 lol. On average probably between 20-50. And same wide range for reviews. But on average probably 300-400

my only problem is that anything i study doesnt stay IN the brain... my ''recall''sucks 100%
@EvolvingMedic10 ай бұрын
Luckily this can be trained! You just have to practice intentionally using things like Anki or other tools that are designed to use active recall principles
@onemedstudent1232 жыл бұрын
I have anki on my phone, laptop and ipad, but have trouble syncing them, so I end up having to redo my cards .. do you have any tips?
@majoreuowii97292 жыл бұрын
How many new cards would you say you do per day? The 485 includes review, right?
@EvolvingMedic2 жыл бұрын
Correct, the 485 includes reviews. It really depends and there’s a wide range. But I probably do somewhere around 50 new cards on average (with a range of 0 to like 200 lol)

The Anking deck
@edboss362 жыл бұрын
How many hours of anki would you do everyday? Great tips btw
@EvolvingMedic2 жыл бұрын
It really depends on how many I do and there’s a party wide range. But for my average of about 500, that would probably take me around 3-3.5 hours
@smokerx62912 жыл бұрын
Man if I worked as hard as you into my business I'd probably make millions a month. I trade stocks and I'm in that 6 figure range. But sometimes it's boring and dreadful to read a book about stocks. Rather watch anime.

Lol I feel you. I definitely would rather do a lot of other things, and some times I still do (gotta fill your cup). It’s all about that balance
