"Those who have a "why" can bear almost any "how". You are on the point here. I like it when productivity content talk a lot about motivation. 👍 Motivation always the bulk of the issue, and efficency is just a multiplier for it. If all you have is a very low base value, your multiplier won't matter much ✌)

Actually the lack of ability to read 100 words a second and play the videos at 10x speed is the bulk of the issue. The idea of concentration or motivation being a problems is a strange one.

Watching Coursera videos or documentaries in the spinning bike is something that I love doing but, as you said, don’t work in all cases. I usually prefer studying during the early morning before start working because my mind is not yet filled with work problems. I am really curious how did you come up with the list of courses to take and how much effort did you put into this process. Did you take courses in parallel or one at a time? Great tips. Thanks.

As always taking courses for "shareble" badges and certificates could be deceiving and it does not reflect one's competence.

I think it's important to ask yourself why you're doing these things which, for those who haven't asked themselves this, can be quite threatening to their current way of life. And the answer for most people from my experience is because certain activities give a person a sense of well being which is usually geared towards living their life more fully their way as defined in part by their biological makeup.

I can't even stay with a TV series for more than a season or two... ADHD-induced shiny object syndrome is a bitch. One week I'm super into music trying to learn music theory, and the next I'm writing poetry and books. The week after that, I'm perfecting my workout schedule and meal plan, then I plan on learning a new language, and now I'm suddenly researching computer science and quantum computing. All my interests just come and go in cycles. I can play computer games one week and then not touch a game for months.

A lot are just 4-6 weeks, plus some homework, tests. 120 hours, 12 weeks, just 10 hours a week. it's a lot but it was doable. some courses I could listen to on the treadmill or commuting.
