have loved all the videos so far but I've liked this one the most in terms of length and information. good job to whoever has done the filming and feeding the questions! interesting insight on the mixer hack for easier digestion :-) and good to see the need for adaptability in the sessions if the body is sore in some areas. It's very relatable. Thank you for doing this!

Absolutely love this, thank you for opening up and sharing. Saw a quick glance of the numbers for your 20x3min workout, looks like a good one and going to try for myself. Also, glad you have found some happiness with a relationship! :D

Great stuff! Curious what the bike workout was. 20x3 minutes but what was recovery and what was the interval intensity?

20x3min with 1min rest easy. Targeting the efforts around threshould HR/ power depending on the fatigue.

Hi from Clermont Florida , I have discovered Zwift in Dec 2023 and I use a fan , are you using a fan on those indoor rides?
@DUkE.SUPREMO9 ай бұрын
I go to the parkrun there on my holidays from the UK. Definitely use a fan, like you would get a breeze whilst on the road 👍

Is there a reason you do fasted training? Most the research shows there is no metabolic benefit and it means you cant perform as well?

Daniela post the recipe, from the blender mix, for your fans 😋
@danielaryf9 ай бұрын
it was a mix of 2-3 different cereal, almonds, sunflower seeds, fresh fruits and then mixed with some yoghurt. after putting it through the blender you usually have to add some water to prevent it from being too lumpy :) let me know if you try it
