I voice these things out loud to myself. Like when I park my car and turn it off, as I get out I say to myself, "The car is off and locked". It helps me. And a little meditation exercise as well. When I overthink things I picture something in my mind and just concentrate on it and it helps me to block out overthinking.

If you often forget stuffs, I'll be there to remind you. If you overthink about everything, I'll make sure you feel safe and secured. I'll never let bad things happen to you. If you're not sure if you locked the door or not, I'll always double check for you. If I see you counting stuffs, I'll join you and make it fun. If you're having heart palpitation and your hands are cold, I'll hold you and make you warm. I might not be capable of healing your GAD or OCD but I promise you'll never have to deal with them alone, I'll always be there for you and I'll try better than my best to make your days better.

Great positive attitude. To realise your own status so you can try your ways to make improvement is great. It will be a lot more difficult for some people not even willing to being honest to themselves. You are doing good.

Talking to yourself is a sign of intelligence. Also is a good therapy when you can't vent your worries and frustrations with another person. My daughter has GAD and she got help from a Psychologist/Hipnologist. Meditation/yoga has helped a lot too. Anyway if you feel bad at any time and need to talk/vent don't hesitate to reach out and seek help. God bless you Whity!

A major cause of anxiety results from the tyranny of expectations. It is one of the most troublesome areas of life, yet it is also changeable. Even a little effort makes a huge difference. But first you must penetrate the nature of expectations, observe how they manifest themselves in your life, and be able to access another way of approaching the future. Expectations are almost always the result of what in Buddhism is called "wanting mind." This wanting mind is driven by desire, aversion, and anxiety; it creates an illusion of solidity and control in a world that is constantly changing and unfolds independently of how we believe it should. Give yourself a break and love yourself for doing the best you can in an unpredictable world.

Thats how I treat stress and pressure.

The technique is to breathe in through the nose tense the body hold to the count of 8 then double breathe out through the mouth and relax to the count of ten. Repeat this cycle 20 times once in the morning and once before going to bed. Don't over analyze life. Follow the gist of the song "row row row the boat gently down the stream." The key words are gently down.

Plus, try to lower the volume of work and studying, remember that you’re not cattle...maintain balance and relax more. As for music, the sound itself tremendously affects our consciousness, so select properly what and who you listen to and hear. According to my experience, chill-out, ambient and lounge music genres are far from being panacea and being quite useful (not to speak of some harsh music genres).

And, Of course, avoid consumption of alcohol and any intoxications at any cost (cause I’ve noticed you’d drank in some videos). Believe, it’s not a fun at all, it just can worsen your issues.

The cure is me. Oh wait, I am far to old and way to short. Seems like many young ladies over think in today's world. I think it is the lack of love in society now all over the world. Nothing is no longer for sure. Sadly. But at least you are beautiful!! You make a alot of people happy with your vlogs.

More then often these conditions are caused by hormones, it’s not worrying but don’t let them develop into negativity in life as they will stay with you and worsen... again live your life for yourself...

Damn. Your vocabulary has improved so much! The only word you stumbled on was lavender. It sounded like you said lav-en-da, so the der should be a bit harder like in the word 'under'. When I was in Uni my study mates would make fun of me for sorting my skittles by color before eating them. What they didn't notice was that I started with the highest number and when they were all equal numbers I would switch to alphabetical by color. For the door locking worry, most recent encounter with that was with an air powered tugger or skip. Think of something between an elevator and a rail car on a long cable. The rest of the crew had climbed up the ladder (about 80 meters) and I had raised the tugger with the equipment up to them. Then I had to walk about 400 meters back down the tunnel I was in to shut off the big air compressor. The whole way back I couldn't remember if I had shut off the second valve to the air powered controls. If the controls failed while no one was there, the tugger could keep on going up until it got to the top and pulled the block off the beam and the whole thing would crash all the way to the bottom, or it could come to the bottom and the cable could keep unwinding and there would be a giant mess of cable everywhere. When I got back to the controls I saw that I had shut off the second valve and the brake was set. I was so glad I didn't skip a step in my rush to join my team. But the mental images of all the things that could have gone wrong are still easy to remember. Good video. Can you make one that teaches us how to read squiggle?

I think it was very strong of you to talk about these " problems" and i still think you are very cute despite how your world works. I could recommend you to try Tai Chi Chuan the long form which is also meditation in motion. And i really hope you will find your way , as its not always easy. Best Wishes :)

I've a moment and will offer a little information. There is OCD and then there is OCPD. The first is an anxiety disorder, the second is a personality disorder. With the first, people know they have it and are bothered by it. With the other, those people don't believe anything is wrong with them or the way in which they behave. OCD can be cured, OCPD is much worse and it is for life.
