Despite preferring a vertical shin squat seeing this heavy of an ATG squat is always ridiculously impressive.
@kevjay-med12252 жыл бұрын
Dude the vertical shin myth needs to go away. Squat ass to grass and there's no way your shins stay vertical. This is the ideal squat form. Period. There is a zero percent chance that you could even squat 405. I'd get back to the fundamentals and LEARN from experts when you are a beginner.
@i.dream.in.infrared43022 жыл бұрын
@@kevjay-med1225 Matt Wenning squats 520lbs for 24 reps at 42 with a vertical shin without injury, also a former world record holder while squatting with a vertical shin again never having knee injuries. That's someone worth listening to, not you.

Good that you found something that helped you, but one thing has nothing to do with the other. Marketing?

You sound bitter and weak. I explained why I use this for my own training and gave it to you for free. Did it to help others. Not marketing bullshit. 🙂

@@dawsonwindham1113 I don't want to get into a flame war because I agree that it's a bit pathetic and you're obviously stronger than I ever will be. As I said, good that it worked for you. With that said you're still promoting a brand here and as someone who works in rehab I can't stand the way ATG market their stuff, it's very cult like and predatory. Felt like I had to point that out.
@dawsonwindham11132 жыл бұрын
I have no sponsors, I didn’t promote my programs/coaching at all and gave you free info. If that upsets you, you’re a loser. Hate on ATG but you just said you’ll never be as strong as me. Maybe it’s because of your poor mindset/ignorance. God bless.
@TC-by3il2 жыл бұрын
You are defacto promoting ATG here, regardless of whether or not you're sponsored. Probably no coincidence the head honcho popped into the comment section as well, this is all good for the brand. I tried pulling back a bit, and I understand why you're getting upset, but you sound very triggered. I'll leave you to it.
