So much value! Just started with Ideas list with 4 stats: Idea - Concept | Brief - Pitch (label with Approved / Rejected / empty field - Once it's accepted, we change into Delegated to produce.... And then it goes into a specific List, e.g. website changes and awaits in a queue for someone to take it on 🙂 due to various tasks it's going to be a long way, but I'm so happy I've watched your video 'cause I know I'm heading the right direction 😀 more videos like these please!

How do you organize your Google Drive? IS it using the Episode codes? Do you think this could work for reels? Its a much shorter process. Not sure its worth the time spent in clickup? Just looking to host all content - and how do you trace performance of posts? So m any Qs@

How do you handle publishing the same content on multiple platforms, e.g. using a publishing tool? If you publish a video on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. In this case, you schedule the publication in the publishing tool. Do you just assign multiple tags for the platforms for the post you plan in CU?

We do use a publishing tool. In that tool (ContentStudio) we have preset categories that auto-select the correct platforms. So our SOP for scheduling social might say, "Add social posts to 'New Videos Queue'" and, from there, our publishing tool knows which platforms to push the content out to and when. For unique posts that don't follow our normal rules, though, we'll generally just include this in the Task Description. However, if this happened more often we'd definitely be adding a Label Custom Field for "Platform" tracking. :)

Hey Layla! How do you add so much information to the cards on the board view? Would love to add a progress bar and links. Right now I have it so you need to expand the task to see the progress bar. Which is not optimal :(

Hey! To show more field data inside your Board view cards, click on the Show button at the top right of the Board view. From here, you can "show" Custom Fields and their value in each card.

Hey Pooja! Just getting caught up on comments🙈 Great question! With some options, you can prevent someone from deleting tasks from the backlog list. You could edit permissions around the backlog list if you'd like to prevent editing or creating tasks edit permission to "view" for the members. Also, where you create your content form is essential; if created at the List level, tasks will be submitted to the List. When the Form is created At the Folder level, you can select a list inside the Folder to redirect submissions to.

How do you handle the situation when, for example, you want to read a thick book - you are not able to read it in one, two, three days. Can you divide this main goal into several small tasks throughout the month?

The most common ways would be: A: Break each chapter (or portion) into Subtasks that are bite size Or B: Make the task a repeating task called “Read 10 Pages of ABC Book” and repeatedly complete it until the book is complete. But there are many ways to organize it based on your style!

Hey! Typically the keyword research is done before the idea gets moved into the pipeline to know if it's actually worth our time to work on. I hope this helps!
