The "x" position on the depth control is exactly what you said it seems like...random... the choices are ramp up--- ramp down --- random --- triangle ..... interesting use of this pedal(church setting)... I love this pedal but I use it for getting a "frank Zappa" type sound using the dynamic phase and/or flange.... nice job with the video :)

Cool Video! I am a church guitarist too, but don't have tons of money and haven't used pedals up to this point. Are there a few pedals that you would recommend as a 'Starter Pack' for worship guitar?

Logan Stroven it really depends on what you want to accomplish, but getting a light drive like a dod 250 and a cheap analog delay from joyo or behringer would get you most of they way toward my normal church lead tone.

Having two delays is also nice if you’re looking for the ambient stuff kokko has a cheap tap delay (timer) which would be helpful and you could use the joyo as second delay or the behringer reverb pedal (the blue one) and a nice lite drive like Ryan said a joyo sweet baby or vintage overdrive could work but you can pick up more decent stuff for pretty cheap second hand if you look around.

Logan Stroven An Overdrive, reverb, and a delay with tap tempo and you're set. Church setups are basic for the most part.

Babylon Bee is kind of the onion for christians and people familiar with western christian culture, theres nothing wrong with dumping on worship bands IMO, I do it all the time. I love playing every sunday and getting to experiment within the genre, but there are elements to the culture that are easy to laugh at.
