I honestly prefer the drawn animation to this animation. It's well done, don't get me wrong, but the drawn animation just had a lot more spirit to it. It felt like a human did all the drawings and put their soul into it. This animation gives me too many AI vibes...

To be honest i don't see a way you can say that and that it's well done in the same time. As if have "AI vibes" makes the videos souless somehow, considering all the editing and storyboarding that came along with it. I'ill give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you probably are thinking about the low quality textures of the 3d and map view, on which are not exactly satisfying to see tbh.

I enjoy the story but prefer the 2D animation. While the objects have a lot of detail, having the low-poly mannequins in place of people kind of took some life out of the video. It felt more like watching an animatic or storyboard.

i want to start by saying the video is very impressive. don’t get me wrong, the animation was great. but i miss classic brew: seeing brew talk to us on screen, chill and grill popping in every now and then, the fun drawn charecters. this just has a much colder and less inviting vibe, similar to what spill has now done. please bring back the original style 🩷

@stylesrj wouldn't have to. The investigators can still get fingerprints off the outside of the glove cuz the criminals are going to have to handle it to put it on. As for what kind of gloves, it looks like one of those latex gloves, but who knows if that's the actual evidence. As for lifting fingerprints from it, I would think they would use the super glue fume technique

Oh! What a coincidence We basically just talked about this in school and how it could have been solved. Given you had enough usable DNA samples, you could compare the mythylation of the DNA. In a nutshell, the older even identical twins get, the more different is their DNA methylation, because it can change through environmental factors like if you smoke or not. The crime scene sample could be compared to samples of both subjects, determining who's DNA was on that glove! :)

Legally, you can arrest both suspects since you only need probable cause that they committed the crime. You really would only run into a major issue if they are held long-term, and during the guilt or innocence phase. Because if you are charging two people for the same crime, and arguing that only one of them did it, then there’s no way a jury could convict beyond a reasonable doubt.
