I think people think when someone calls idubzz a simp they care about the situation, but they actually don't. I see it as most people are just giving their thoughts and just moving on. Good video, I like your points. To be honest I don't think this whole sex-work and "simping" talk isn't the main issue here. There's a deeper reason why people reacted so strongly. The "edgy" and "roasting" sides of the internet are very competitive places, people constantly look for some form of weakness or leverage to make a joke out of you. Idubbbz stayed at the top for so long because nobody could find a weak spot in him or provoke him with these ideas of a "weak spot". Things were different here because he appeared vulnerable, and I think that's why people went bonkers over this. I doubt anybody really cares whether she sells herself or not, or this whole "simping" talk which is a meme for the most part.
