The lawsuit between TFUE and FaZe Clan has been in the news for over a month at this point, with people vocally supporting one side or the other. Many things have been said, many people have shared their opinions, but throughout it all, I feel like the majority of people have missed the point of how this conflict came to be. Turner Tenney aka TFUE, ex-member of the largest eSports organization right now, FaZe Clan, considered to be the best Fortnite player in the world, has signed a contract (gamer agreement) binding him for 3 years to staying in the team. Is his decision to sue justified? Having the context of what FaZe Banks did for him and how close the two of them were prior to the eruption of this drama, it's unclear as to why Turner took such a harsh approach to parting ways with the clan. In this video we take a look at all of it.

I feel like Tfue is in the wrong here. He was the one who signed the contract, and probably should have taken the version 2 if he wanted change. Basically what he wants is in the contract. I think he just wants out of the company who brought him success and claim said success as his own, using that to this advantage in making his own gaming company. If he wanted out, he should just wait out the 3 year period and leave to create his own company when the contract ends.

I think Tfue stepped out of line big time with this. The opportunity he was given, the growth he experienced and the unconditional support he got from faze are things you can’t just throw away. The way it looks to me is that he was a nobody but then got boosted when he joined faze, once he got big enough he just wanted to branch out and do his own thing because faze wasn’t worthy of a big shot like him anymore. It’s just fucked up. Plus some of the things that the lawsuit alleged have been proven to be completely false and some things he has done like with ninja and his wife, you just can’t do that so I’m having a hard time supporting Tfue here. You could argue that the contract indeed was a bit unfair but I mean honestly people are starving out there in the world and you’re getting mad because you don’t make so much money when you’re already making millions? If you have that mentality you honestly don’t even deserve to have a platform.
