I'm a meat eater. I smoke meat, grill meat and likely will never go vegetarian for many reasons. But these impossible burgers are friggin delicious. Between the texture and flavor, they're a solid close rival to a real beef burger. Costco samples is what introduced me to this food, and I am grateful. I’m a huge fan of this product. It tastes great, love the idea that I’m not eating beef, and yes the sodium is high, but fortunately that’s not an issue for me. I’m actually on a weird diet that requires high sodium due to the fact that I have no large intestines and chronically battle with low sodium levels. I love how the interviewer said “I think I can do this at home… I need chicken bullion, water, mayonnaise, this that, my blood 😂 In my opinion, if it tastes great, and eliminates the grossly overpopulated cattle….
