How Is This Still Running?

04 F150 with 5.4 3 Valve, how is it running and moving?
The timing went and it still runs and moves at 194k miles. I don't get it

i never been a ford guy myself but i bought a 2008 e-350 extended van and it has the 5.4 motor gas and it has 201k miles on her i intalled a tow bar for 12k lbs and have towed a trailer 2k miles that was double axel 7800s lb ish and i put 411 in the rear and that thing has never had a problem but i did put a new rad on it like 50k miles ago cause it was funky in there still turn key but i do oil change very 3-5k miles

If that truck has the 5.4 triton that motor is a piece crap. And I'm a Ford man but you couldn't give me one of those
