Namaskaram Arun ji. I have been following your videos for many years. We are lucky to get authentic, deep knowledge about asanas, pranayams and their benefits. Thanks so much 🙏. Could you please give a detailed speech on chakras- the emotions connected to each chakra and the meditation in managing those emotions.? For eg:- my son had a severe anxiety disorder and was medicated for that. By god’s grace he is out of medication, but still has bouts of anxiety. Pranams 🙏

Thank you so much Sir for such wonderful insights , as you rightly said it’s a complete workout of body and mind with proper attention to breathing and relaxation. According to my personal experience, as I’m practising yoga close to seven and a half years now ( though I started quite late ) , I don’t have as such back pain , knee pain or shoulder pain . While my most of the friends complaint of knee pain and back pain I just thank to my regular yoga practice. The concept of counter stretch after every posture , breathing and relaxation in between the practices gives the body all the benefits it needed . Even after an intense practice, the body returns to its original shape , form and freshness very quickly that no other forms of exercises can offer. Looking forward to hear from you , my sincere gratitude 🙏
