Dear Arun, thank you for your teacing yoga. Regarding underprivilaged people not having backpain is something sighly different in the country where I live now. In Hungary, many people struggle with ailments. Underprivilaged people - unfortunatelly - I have worked as a social worker in Hungary over the last 5 years - cannot afford to say they have it. Economy and employment conditions in the region I live in denies my own care for back pain. I lost my job for having been on sick leave due to inmobility and stress at work. I have recovered - but lost my job. Lost my "bread" whilst recovering. I am grateful for regaining my mobility with yoga (must admit I took medication as well when inmobile). Yoga has helped me to accept life as it is. I am trying to find a job now, and I am trying to commit yoga practice. Thank you for Sivananda! Namaste! Emese

Your wisdom and knowledge is outstanding and certainly helps. Do you recommend certain yoga asanas for osteopenia?

Thank you Arun🙏From Montréal, Canada. Really, appreciate your wealth in knowledge! Very helpful & quality insight. Fantastic video. Perhaps, in future can you do a video on Sciatic nerve (very painful too & very common)-or- can we apply same suggestions as back pain for relieving and healing sciatic nerve. Om, Namaste. Thank you🙏

Hello Veena, the same principles apply even for cervical pain. You can practice the same class as given in the description box for a few days regularly, and you will see the results for yourself. The body is an whole entity. The neck, shoulders and back cannot exist independently :) Om Shanti

Good insight for back pain. Thank you for conducting this session. 🙏😇 It will be great to have a similar session focusing the cervical pain. What emotions cause that and other factors. Ofcourse the same what is said here applies up for neck as well. But anything more will be of great help 🙏
