I also loooved this 30 min practice! I just wanted to do the one hour version in the morning and then saw this one This is so great as I often can't get motivated in the morning to do one hour. So no more excuses with half an hour :) Would love to have more of this shortened version

Thank you for the practice. I have done a few and my biggest problem is my thighs are big. When I try to put my feet together, my thighs are big and sort of cause my knees to splay out a little. What are your recommendations? Thank you again for the amazing practice. Love this channel and the voice of the guy in this video especially. 😬

Thank you for practicing with us. We should practice by accommodating our physical structure. For some postures, it will help you to keep your legs apart slightly in order to have better balance and to avoid the knees from moving outwards.

Thank you for practicing with us. You can continue to relax in Childs pose. That gives you similar benefits to the headstand is also good for the neck. If its difficult to keep the forehead on the mat, you can keep a thick pillow/book there so you don't have to bend the neck too much. Hope this helps you. Om Shanti

Please lie down , relax in savasana just for a while. Arms and legs comfortably apart. Palms facing sky. Relax your body.. come down your mind. Connect with your breathing, free up the breath. Feel the body expanding as you inhale , contracting as you exhale . So long deep inhalation, so long complete exhalation . Each inhalation bringing you fresh energy ( prana). Each exhalation making you more and more relaxed. Inhale energy , exhale relax ….. RELAX ….. R.E.L.A.x ….R..E..L..A..X. Ohmm . Bring your feet together , stretch both arms over behind your head -inhale give nice long stretch & exhale release the arms. turn into one side come and sit up in padmasana.
