My thoughts is calling Palestine by the name "Israel" is like calling Ukraine "Russia" because Russian took the land by force and k!lling, I wonder what about the human rights or should I say "only Europeans and Americans rights". but I know you wouldn't dare because you're afraid of people or you might think it's so wrong and so disrespectful, but Israelis k!lling muslims? "They aren't white so who cares, at least we got that sweet sweet juicy oil from Iraq. Lets go home" But who am I talking to? the world is full of people who believe anything their governments say on the news💀 Anyway I just wanted to say I don't have any hate on Americans or Europeans, I have met alot of friends there even if I don't agree with the way some people think, but I won't fight it by hate. It will leads to no point.

my understanding is... that Palestine had no interest in this land UNTIL Israel turned the desert in to an oasis. So, by all accounts, it is Israels land. If you toss your tattered jacket in the dump - and someone with a vision, reconstitutes the jacket to new, then it belongs to the person (country) who refurbished it.

Well, given that the Arabs invaded in 635 CE, taking it from the East Romans, who took it from the Jews. Despite the numbers of Jews taken as slaves to Europe by both Vespasian and Hadrian, and whose descendants have repatriated to there ancestral homeland, remember, there have always been Jews in the Land, the Arabs lost the Land to the Seljuk Turks and ruled No where on the Levant post 1077 CE. Plenty for of Arab Israelis, both Muslim and Christian, but the Arab Palestines? Just another group of Arab/Islamist Nationalists…most whose families moved into the land during Ottoman Turkish times, or illegally during Mandatory times. Folks like yourself always amaze me…y’all don’t know the differences between Arabs, Persians, Turks or any of the other Peoples of the MENA. The sole purpose of the of the “Palestine Nationalist Movement” has always, since it’s founding in 1964 been to destroy Israel, created by the Muslim Brotherhood, the Arab League and the KGB, and designed to make he Arabs look like Underdogs, and playing and appealing to European Jew Haters. Learn your WW1 History and the aftermath before delivering moronic judgements, regarding what you don’t know jacksquat about.
@QUINTUSMAXIMUS2 жыл бұрын
This is false. Palestinian farmers prized their farmlands. They didn't have the technology that people have today. The people who founded Israel were Europeans who had more education than the Palestinians. It would be like saying that the more advanced Arabs during the 8th century cared more about Spain than the native Spaniards because they knew more about agriculture and farming.
@QUINTUSMAXIMUS2 жыл бұрын
@@maracohen5930 This is propaganda from Joan Peters that was debunked. The majority of Palestinians descend from ancient peoples who were already there even according to Israeli DNA scientists, by the way. Also, Israelis are quite mixed anyway. Palestinian nationalism existed as far back before World War I. The PLO may have emerged in the 60s, but not the nationalism.
@maracohen59302 жыл бұрын
@@QUINTUSMAXIMUS don’t agree, and I’m simply insufficiently racist to go purely by DNA. Culture counts. And Arab Palestinian Culture is just that, Arab. By the way, Joan Peters backed up her stuff with verifiable research, how about you? My Grandma came from a very, very old Jewish Family from Hebron, my Great Uncles were little boys at school n Jerusalem when the Family was destroyed by the Mufti Amin al Husayni’s men, and the British Mandatory Administrators did nothing. The man who rescued my Grandma and her nearly dead little sister was an Arab, and my Grandma told me he was from a man whose ancestors had been Jewish, but could no longer pay the Jizya, and would have lost their land to a Sheikh who had been persecuting them, and as Muslims, they at least had legal rights. So I have no doubts that their are Arabs ho have Jewish antecedents, just as there are Arab Palestinians who have Bosnian heritage, and Greek, and Sudanese, and…so what? when the conversions happened to a mass wad religion such as Islam, with its own very interesting perspectives on history and beginning and teaching stories that do not originate in the Ancient Fertile Crescent Region, the cultural ties to the First (Indigenous) Peoples of the Land were cut. Those cultural ties are a huge part of Indigenous Heritage. Had the Arab Palestinians been like say the Basque, and kept their own language, stories, customs, etc. such as the Samaritans have, some of whom consider themselves Arab Palestinians politically, but have always been Dhemmi in Islamic culture, well I am sorry for them. The problem with Mass Wad religions and cultures is that they expect and will force others to join up if they can, and they think they are all holy for doing such. This wasn’t and isn’t the cultural stance of the remaining Indigenous Peoples, the Jews and Samaritans of the Levant. Culture is learned, not gained by osmosis in your Mother’s womb. And Arabs with Jewish Heritage lost their ties to the Natuffians during the 1500 years with the embrace of Arab Islamic Cultures. Sorry, embroidery patterns common to the Region are not enough.

What would happen if they dug a canal from the Mediterranean sea to the dead sea depression?
@Abilliph2 жыл бұрын
If it happened, the dead sea would be filled with salt water, adding even more salt to it. The better choice is what Israel already did.. desalinate Mediterranean water and fill the sea of Galilee.. then open the the dam, and let it flow into the Jordan river, eventually bringing more fresh water into the dead sea.
@madonnamanpower72042 жыл бұрын
@@Abilliph did you know the same thing happens to the Mediterranean? It's constantly being filled with salt water though the strait of Gibraltar
@Abilliph2 жыл бұрын
@@madonnamanpower7204 the difference is, that the same amount of salt water entering the Mediterranean.. is also leaving it from the same place. The dead sea has no drainage.. it would just continue to be filled with salt.
@madonnamanpower72042 жыл бұрын
@@Abilliph that's literally not true. The Mediterranean has more evaporation than the fresh water rivers dumping into it. Meaning salt water has a net flow into the Mediterranean from the straight of Gibraltar, more flows in than leaves. That's why it's saltier than the oceans. The Mediterranean has no drainage either. The dead sea would be less salty than it is now. It would take a really long time for the water to be as salty as it is now even if we only allowed water to flow in without a out flowing current to equalize it.
