I used to work at a cotton processing plant and we had giant bails like that, and on my last week there I helped them put little pieces of cotton into a machine that cleans the cotton. It was cool the machine would tear it up a bit and then suck it through giant tubes to another machine. I work for another company now that makes cotton stuff and we have giant rolls of cotton like the ones that were being made into 'clouds'. It's kinda fun but the worst thing about working with cotton is there's always dust everywhere and if you don't wear a mask you sneeze all the time.
