When I lived in Germany in the 80's, I was fortunate to be able to visit the Black Forest area. I purchased so many glass ornaments. It's truly a beautiful place to visit.

One of my biggest regrets was not being able to buy any ornaments while stationed over in Germany. Feeding 5 kids was the priority. (Not to mention they probably would have broken them. LOL)

I inherited many brought to the US by my great-grandmother from Germany & Poland in the 1800’s. Some are quite amazing including several from Dresden made of pressed cardboard, they’re the oldest.

Los adornos navideños de vidrio en México tienen exelente calidad y diseño ya que los artesanos mexicanos están más que preparados son expertos y exelentes

It's amazing how they turn molten glass into delicate ornaments; which design would you hang first on your tree

It hard to believe how long it takes them to make those glass Christmas Ornaments.

Sadly at the Christmas Markets there are oraments made in China. I learned to look carefully before purchasing.

I have only glass ornaments, wood figures and a few fabric ornaments on my tree. There’s just something more special about them, like the difference between wearing cotton or polyester.

8,000 degrees Celcius???
@expatmoose17 күн бұрын
I just googled, it said 1000-1,200 Celsius so I’m guess a typing mistake also the furnace needs to be kept hot atleast 3 days before needed to hold the heat, maybe someone with more knowledge could help🤷🏼♂️
@pritchs788917 күн бұрын
@@expatmoose As I recall from a mistake I once made in setting a digital thermostat on a glass kiln (cone 1 vs about 1700F), glass runs pretty freely at around 2000 degrees F or around 1050 C. 8,000 has to be a typo in the script.
Prettige kerstdagen en een gelukkig nieuwjaar, from the Netherlands.

ornaments are not made like that anymore. Its manufactured in a manufacturing plant on a machine. They don’t do it like that anymore maybe real ornaments, but not the ones you buy at Walmart.
@mary-ruthflores410717 күн бұрын
Most of Walmart’s are plastic or resin, these are collectible very expensive baubles

Mass marketing is what you left off your list. You have to se$$ yourself first. Then se$$ the product. Like a modern day auctioneer. One $ One $ Do I know $$
