I had 5 single birth babies! 7 miscarriages. As horribly sick as I was with the morning sickness , and believe me, with all 5 of my healthy live births I was sick the entire pregnancies clear up to the labor and delivery! But during my third healthy pregnancy I became so grateful for the morning sickness. It's true! I would seriously throw up and immediately after thank father God because I knew that my baby was healthy and ok. See, with every miscarriage I had, I never once got sick. No smells bothered me. Nothing. So, even as awful as my morning was, I was so grateful to have it! I just thought I'd share this, you know, in case maybe someone else is going through horrible morning sickness and is having a hard time finding a blessing in it.

I love the realness of your videos. I can only imagine how exhausting growing your sweet babies was and then learning you'd have to travel to NOLA to have them. It looks like you have a strong marriage/bff friendship. When things seem overwhelming, keep clinging to your BFF. One day, you'll look back on these days, even the hard ones, and remember this time as one of the sweetest life has to offer. Surely you've heard this a million times, but time really does fly by. Enjoy it.

I was like you and loved being pregnant. My first pregnancy caused such rapid breast growth that I got stretch marks. I struggled getting pregnant too, because my cycles were very irregular. I had hyper emesis syndrome with my first pregnancy that took me out of work. My second pregnancy I had gallbladder problems and kidney infections. Then I had my third baby 17 years after the first two and after 3 miscarriages, so I was always grateful to be pregnant. I felt energetic and happy pregnant. Pregnancy after loss is stressful, but I was always grateful it was going well.

I had spontaneous 1 pound 23 week girl boy twins in 2010 due to an inter uterine level 4 infection. Now 14 and totally healthy with sensory processing disorder, but they’re brilliant. They came home a few days before their due date and had 2 different due dates because they’re fraternal and I hyperovulate twins run in my maternal family and my husbands maternal line so they were conceived over a weekend of my best friends wedding and a chicago bears game 😂. We were so incredibly lucky and blessed due to their extreme micro prematurity. I can’t imagine 4! They’re beautiful!! From one nicu mom to another sending so much love and light.

Fascinating! I only ever carried one baby at a time. And my two pregnancies were very different. But I can relate to some of the things you said, like feeling that my body had failed me. In my case, I sailed through my first pregnancy. Almost no nausea. I was a teacher as well, and taught full time until the end of the school year, which was the end of my 5th month. Even took an airplane the next month, ironically to NOLA, where my husband had a convention, and all was good. Then about 3 weeks before the baby was due in mid September, I was told he was in "Frank breach", as in folded in half, head and feet up. I had taken LaMaz classes, done all the exercises, and was so prepped to have as natural a birth as possible. They said there was a chance he would flip. Well, a week early I went into labor, and they tried after quite a few hours to turn him. He wasn't buying that, so they tell me I must have a C-section. They tried to get an epudural in, so I'd at least be awake. That would not go in, so I went from these big plans of being a total participant in child birth, to not even being awake when he was born. I felt like a total failure, so I do relate a bit to how you felt. The one up side, was I was determined to at least nurse him successfully, no matter, the pain from the incision. And I did. You, my sweet lady are amazing! What you accomplished almost no one has, so feel proud!! I very much enjoyed this video. I have already subscribed and am here for the long haul. Thank you for sharing so openly with us! So glad that Plain Vanilla Grandma gave you a shoutout! Hope your subscriber numbers soar!! ❤

First congratulations! Second you talking about ultra sound I had one (during 3rd pregnancy, due to car accident and spotting) Nov 13th, I was due Dec 25 they told me I had 4-6 weeks left and test could be off 2 weeks either either, I had her next day. Didn't realize dr was knocking me out for delivery, then went down for surgery few hours later, so she was born at 3:30p and at 11p they came to tell me she was going to a different hospital, she had, had a seizure, I had not really seen her yet. So they bring her in all hooked to monitors on the way to "life flight chopper" I wasn't allow to hold her. So I relate to your story of emptiness and PTL that my baby and all 4 of your babies are here today ( btw she is 37 & a mom of 3) hugs and Prayers for you & your family!
