I have hard time accepting lgbt community for how toxic and filled with bigotry it is. I have hard time taking people like Charles here seriously and because of sheer nature of trans culture revolving around sex and sexuality, I have hard time beating my confirmation bias and NOT automatically think they are capable of predatory behaviour. But I have even worse time with people who throw allegations at others for fame, gains or just because they don't like them. Slander is slander regardless whether person at the receiving end is someone i like or not. So from my whole heart, thank you for being objective and meticulous in your videos. That's how the internet dramas SHOULD be handles - and not by people banding up in clubs, ignoring facts and sticking to false claims, if only they support their side of conflict.

Like with most drama, I only heard about the original accusations and then pretty much never heard about it again (I think I heard through Reddit while browsing randomly). Never actually knew the guy before then, though I think I had seen clips here and there from his channel or something because I recognized him and could name him. I hate liars. I really do. If a person is awful, expose them for all of the awful things they've done, but don't risk discrediting every story by piling on with your own bullshit. It's attention-seeking behavior at best and morally depraved exploitation of a bad situation at worst. Like using a corpse burning pile at a Jewish internment camp to light your cigar. Sure, you didn't burn the bodies, but still, fuck you for disrespecting those who were hurt.

You are also wrong about libel and defamation laws. You can't pursue a libel suit against someoneand say "IT'S LIBEL" just because they posted something that you can't prove happened or not. To pursue a libel case, you must be able to prove it is wrong. Libel is a publication; newspaper, false documents, false tax documents, etc. You don't know what you're talking about if you think it's pursuable libel because someone inspect-element edited a social media post. You are seriously confusing defamatory libel and criminal defamation. These are different, and accuracy matters in law. As a side note, Libel suits are rare because they're incredibly difficult to prove. You can't just say "IT'S LIBEL!". It's a legal term, and it actually means something more than what you read as a Google Dictionary definition.
