When it was announced that Suga would be hosting a talk show on KZbin, I initially thought... "How is this going to work?" As a newer ARMY, what I had observed about Suga was that he was an introvert who loved being alone creating music, he wasn't the life of the party & he spoke very bluntly. At that time, I wasn't aware of his earlier BTS radio shows or that he was often one of the game show hosts of Run BTS episodes. Suga had broadcast experience. And I also quickly discovered, in just those first few episodes, that his natural curiosity, thoughtfulness, ability to connect one-on-one & easygoing nature made Suga & Suchwita a perfect match. It's been a delight to see him use his talents in this manner. I miss the show already & I'm looking forward to another season.

I've been thinking for a while that while ARMY always talks about BTS's duality, no one really talks much about ARMY's duality. But it's kinda inevitable; when you follow a bunch of guys who show as much duality as BTS does, you have to expect the same from the fans. BTS are superstars, and they're regular relatable guys. ARMY knows them well in both versions and responds to them in both. Being ARMY is as much about screaming enthusiasm for a once-in-a-lifetime superstar as it is about quiet sympathy, curiosity and concern for, or gentle teasing of a dear friend. And that's what 'everyone else' doesn't get. That's the connection, the bond that can't be duplicated.

I followed Suga's Suchwita and was pleasantly surprised at the conversation he had with his guests. It was interesting, light and even fun, but there was always something to take away. I play the piano but I am not a musician. I like art but i don't have deep appreciation of it. Listening to Suga, his questions to his guests and his comments made me realise that he knows a lot, he listens well and he led conversations to something substantial. And it applied not only to music of which Suga it truly a genius but also theater, film, even sports. I should say the whole season 1 of Suchwita was like a cultural yet insightful experience. I even look forward to a season 2.

I love that Suga has learned to love dance, and he has taken lessons and really started to et very good post surgery. Relaxed, and puts meaning into the movements, esp. isolation moves. V is a different guy, quirky, beautiful, and stubborn. He has symptoms of only child syndrome, maybe because he was with his grandmother for so long. He's also very kind and loves his fans. He tends to bury the lead when voicing opinions or concerns and it takes a while to really understand what he's getting at. ARMY is close to AMI- friend in french, and both have very different pronunciation. Just FYI. Suga was trying to tell army Jimin was going to do Tony Montanna and sing Like Crazy . When he mentioned it, Jimin looked at staff with his, " OOPS", face, LOL. The same face when RM would slip with spoilers.

I think that is a missunderstanding but I'm not 100& sure: I think his grandparents, his parents and him lived together or so close by that he was daily together with his grandparents - maybe during his parents work hours. That said Teahyung is the oldest - both his siblings are younger - and as such he had a lot of attention on him since birth. While I'm not entriely sure I'm curious how a therapist would categorize him - neurodivergent? or not? And I'm not entirly sure it was always planned that Jimin would do Tony Montana with Yoongi. But Yoongi certainly tried to push him to do it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 💜

@@ruthfischer7615 Hi again. Yes I do remember. It was Taehyung himself who mentioned it twice over the years. Once he was responding to a question put to him, and replied that his dad used to drive to him at weekends. Another time he said how his dad would sometimes drive him on long trips to buy and fetch clothes (for resale back at his workplace). I have references for both times but it will take me a few weeks to unearth as I'm in the middle of another BTS project which I need to finish.. But I'm happy to get back to you if you can wait? I didn't understand your comment, where you said you think it was a misunderstanding. Who were you saying that to, which comment? I can't figure out what was a misunderstanding? I'd be interested if you could explain please. Maybe the person deleted their comment, the one you were responding to. Await your reply. Samantha in UK.
@ruthfischer76156 ай бұрын
@@samtabby3373 Thank you. It can wait. I wrote this other thing to the original comment - I think. People sometimes say things I'm not so sure about - like the implication that Taehyung was given to his grandparents to raise and lived without being close to the rest of the family. That one parent works away for a well paying job isn't that rare. There are a few. But I'm not sure about the exact details. I mean I remember Taehyung's mother for example giving him food to share with the other members during - was it their trip to their In The Soop 2 place? I think Taehyung even mentioned what she said - something that implied she looked at the other members like her own children. There is also Stigma and Taehyung adressing his siblings directly. But I'm happier with more details and less speculation. So thank you for looking it up! 💜

Oh wow... great episode. I watched with interest and a smile until the end when you said may everyone have a number one fan... and POW the tears started and are making it hard to see to type. 😪 😂 Don't worry. It's not a bad thing. It's more of a... "THAT... YES... THAT IS IT! SOMEONE GETS IT!" My husband was my #1 fan. He cheered and supported everything I did or tried to do. He died at only 52. My mom was Fan #2 only because she wasn't always supportive and more critical... but still she was a fan. She died not long before my husband. My dad... Fan #3... died just a couple of years after my husband. My best childhood friend, Fan #4 unexpectedly died a few years after that. I have 3 kids, all now young adults. I also have a lot of former students who keep in touch. But I'm their fan. They are supportive, but it's not the same. When my husband passed, I kept going because I had kids and responsibilities... but the thrill of succeeding at any of it was just gone without my top fans. I credit BTS and their music for helping ME climb out of that hole somewhat. I had to become my own Fan. And it's also nice identifying as ARMY because I know that there's some guys in Korea that don't know me personally but cheer us on anyway. 💜 What BTS created with ARMY is so unique psychologically for them and for us. I've been part of another Fandom for a big country star. He's a wonderful person who also cares about his fans and even though I've met me more than once... helped with fan events... been an online moderator for him. It's not the same as ARMY. Perhaps you can explain it better as it seems to be your talent. But with ARMY it's as if they personified us into a singular entity in a way. Each of us distinct but part of a whole... like the cells in a body. So that when they talk to ARMY... sing to ARMY... do things for ... It feels very personal. I think this was also for their benefit as well. I'm sure that dealing with the idea of millions of fans is very daunting. RM has said as much in that dealing with so much love can be a heavy thing at times. I think unifying us into ARMY helps with that a little. Thinking about what "ARMY" would feel about something is a little easier than trying to cope with what millions feel about it. They know we are vast and many, but they treat as a close friend that they can cheer for as well. Anyway... thanks for the tears. They were worth it.

Maybe you can help me understand something. Army was formed from BTS as a whole ( music) but you have stans that hate on other members. But I don't understand why would you destroy what brought you to this place and the person you love, loves. Will there always be units in the Fandom that hate each other that much? I love Bts yes I have my fav but I know what got me here
@samtabby33739 ай бұрын
@theodosiacutter2723 you answered your own question (about not understanding) when you described people that hate on other members. Why would they do it you ask, it's because they are haters, not fans. You just wrote it... they hate on other members you said, yes? Therefore they are haters. That's where you made the error. Haters are not part of the Fandom as you claim. They can't be both a Hater AND a fan. Usually haters do what you've just done, which is to blame all the hate as though its coming from the Fandom, and between different parts of the fandom. Which is incorrect. Quite often I see haters doing what you've just done (blame parts of the Fandom), A clever trick eh? To set fans against each other then stand back while they fight each other (with words that is). A fan is someone who supports and celebrates their artist. Therefore a fan cannot possibly be nasty to other parts of the fandom. They can't be two things ar once, a Hater and a fan. I sometimes point out to the person that they are part of the problem - that they are in fact a Hater themselves - because they keep reproducing the lie (that a fan is hating on other fans). I was about to say the same to you, to refer to you as a Hater (a true fan would never call out on other fans as you just did). But I have a feeling that you just didn't think it through enough, that you are a fan but needed awakening to the problem. Please could you kindly refer to these negative persons by their true name in future, as Haters. Please don't say they are part of the fandom. We are all so proud of the support we give BTS and we give each other. Haters gonna hate. Fans gonna love.
@theodosiacutter27239 ай бұрын
@@samtabby3373 you really went deep on that one. Lol. But people can be two things at the same time. I wasn't trying to put one against the other do there is no mistake
@samtabby33739 ай бұрын
@@theodosiacutter2723 yes, I sensed that you weren't really trying to pit one against the other. But that is certainly what Haters do - claiming that it is the fans who are mixing up all the trouble, then standing back to watch us argue, is a nasty trick they play. Thankfully we are wising up to it. I've seen a few other fans recently give the same explanation as me. So the message is being spread. Regards to you.

Love your video, Could you please do video about review about your thoughts about Stan who only Stan one member in BTS group who always tried to pinned one BTS member against another BTS member in a competition for example, I was on Twitter support my 7 Guys BTS for their hard work, and their was a post about V in one post that Congratulations Him about his song FRI(END)S will hit Billboards Hot 100 charts at #50 now being at #50 list is not bad on top charts Hot 100 however some of us Army's like myself thinks the lists of Fri(end)s should go going like top list #15 a lease but that just me, So, After I have post that good comment about V along wiith my fellow Friends Army's about how proud we are for Him, we got this 1 or 2 posts comments who's pretend to be Army, but really a toxic JK Stan or Jimin Stan or both telling us Army's that V can't beat Jungkook nor Jimin who been at Billboards Hot 100 top 10 at #1 telling us Army's that both Jimin and JK beats V down so badly because their numbers streams views go so more higher than V of their singles and solo albums right, So, I find it kinda strange and funny out no where, how they bully V so much all suddenly, because their favorite 2 BTS members JK & Jimin members got the highest numbers streams sales over V in records sales, But here's thang JK & Jimin have their singles and album out way before V time release his solo album Layover and Single songs so Oh course! they going to have more streams sales numbers than Him, Plus both Jimin & JK was both was produce by America Producers and both has promote their albums in America, where V did not promote his album Layover in America but only in Korea and Japan only, and still His album has reach number 2 or 3 on top Global 200 Billboards charts in USA, UK and Japan over 80 Countries, His song FRI(END)S has been number #1 on USA iTunes and UK to, that's hits over 70 or 80 different Countries and now his song FRI(END)S is going on Billboards Hot 100 charts at #50 which is not bad actually, it's fact very good consider never promote His Single FRI(END)S In America but than again He is In military serving so but still not bad at all, but in my opinion I still the song FRI(END)S deserves to go higher and I'm not only one who thinks so, But yea! Please do review video about these toxic Stans who trying to pinn a riff of their favor BTS member against another BTS member in competition and it's not right, so please tells us your thoughts on this nonsense, We Army's are tired and sick of these toxic Stans behavior and who keep on pinn their favorite BTS member against another BTS member when they all are in the same BTS group it just so dumb to me, and I'm not only one who thinks about this neither, we Army's are not going to stand for it, And, each 7 Bts members said multiple times during their live chat Weverse or on Suchwita that they love Army's not toxic Stans who's only favor one member, no where in video on Weverse or Live stage concert that JK nor Jimin said they love Stans, Nope they said they love or adore Army's nobody else they writes songs for us Army's not Stans, and all BTS members especially Jungkook always said they miss us Army's that they love us Army's not toxic Stans who only favor one BTS member and hate rest. Thank you for your video reviews Update and thoughts opinions about our 7 Guys BTS, can't wait for their return back home next year 2025, Can't wait for Jin & HOBi coming back home this year 2024, Jin will have his solo out to In July or August 2024 out soon, and He will be home in June just two months and half away, and HOBi will be discharged in October 2024 to, to do more music and His new mini solo album on March 28 a long with his new film documentary (HOPE On The Street) can't wait peace.. ✌💜🥰
