How long does it take to unload a full load of concrete with a boom pump?

It was a pretty cool Place to grow up. No telling how many hours I’ve spent on a tractor plowing ground out there. My dad even picked cotton when he was a kid in some of those fields.

The foward facing trucks are just more superior to me. I think that is why we dont have to pump much, before georgia buggies we used to just get the trucks in the back yards. Anyways good video, couldnt tell what u daid at the start of the video

It really doesn’t make me a lot of different when we are in town. But I’m surprised in our rural area that we don’t have any forward facing trucks. The definitely would be a benefit there.

When i can only get one truck backed up to the pump i normally time each truck. Makes it easier to know when theyre going to be out. Honking the horn doesnt seem to be a 2 way street with most mixer drivers. Generally its about 6 and a half minutes at a 4 volume for me.

I charge by the hour and yardage plus a 10% fuel surcharge. It’s best to see what the guys are charging in your area. I have found a wide variety across the country in different markets.

When I was a concrete truck driver a pump operator did it in 5 minutes with 7m3 in the load so it depends how fast the crew can take it

These where 10 yard loads. I think it was 4 1/2 minutes

if youre just filling the footer probobly less than 5 minutes to unload a full truck if you are working with finishers takes a bit longer

90% of the time, it works All the time..... I feel like using "Kick Start" liquid pump primer, we could up those numbers to 98.7% 😀😀😀😀
