It’s easy if you have a partner, a repeat performance, or even a new partner. Ask! I know it takes some balls, because you risk “breaking the mood”, but if you pay attention to all the signals Caitlin mentioned, your asking is really nothing more than a confirmation of what you already know. Guys, the best advice Caitlin gave was go the slowest you can go in foreplay, then go slower and longer. Going that slow, your partner will let you know when she is ready, then hold fast!

No surprise in your message, but the blue looks really good on you, especially in the way that it complements your eyes.
