So after you have a c section, your uterus moves around and it can cause pain while you’re trying to heal. So the belt/band helps with minimizing it and help with the healing process . Once you are cleared to stop wearing the band, some women are given the green light to wear waist trainers and work out again to help shape and tone their body after having a baby. That helps with reducing the baby weight/swelling and helps with being active post partum
