I like that you added the "no idolatry" part. I love my Bible collection, but that in no way means I worship the Bible or think it's higher than God. I'm saying this because for some reason I keep getting a channel referred to me called "The Bible is the mark of the beast". They claim the Bible is an idol and people aren't being saved because they think the Bible will save them. I pointed them to 2 Tim 3:14-17 in hopes they would rethink their stance, but they ignored me. I also pointed out that Christians do not bow down in worship and praise to their Bibles or think owning a Bible gives you salvation. They also teach that the Bible is "Satan's word". I commented and explained that a book written and inspired by the Holy Spirit cannot under any circumstance be written by Satan. They (an elderly couple who runs the channel) disagreed strongly. Don't know if you've heard of that channel, (I wish I hadn't) but just thought I'd share it.

This is a question Tim. I have an old Good News Bible from the 70's. It is a hardbound with glued binding. Can it be rebound since it is glued?

Anything can be rebound. If you want it chord reinforced it will cost you some gutter space.
