Do not fuss about "Hoover" vs "vacuum". We Americans call any adhesive bandage a Bandaid, any paper handkerchief a Kleenex. And I'm sure there are more instances, but those are the two that came immediately to mind.

We call it vacumn in New Zealand 😊 Vacumn is it's " technical" word.. I've also heard it referred to as "hoover,lux and dustbust" I say call it" living sprinkle lifting" as long as its getting done!😂
