Taco SR506-EXP is a 6-Zone Expandable Switching Relay. Combines clearly labeled PC board layout with advanced features that allow for total system customization. Taco expandable switching relays allow to expand up to 20 zones, while built-in Power Port slots allow to utilize the advanced features of the Power Port Cards and Add-on Power Controls. External indicator lights provide instant diagnostic feedback, making a snap of service calls or new installation start-ups. Taco SR506-EXP expandable switching relay is UL and CSA listed, uses standard “ice cube” replaceable relay and is compatible with conventional and programmable thermostats.

I’m putting in 5 zones off a gas condensation boiler run at 140 degrees along with an 80 gallon heat exchanger on a duplex I’m building. The place has 6.5 “ of foam in a double stud walls.

I am trying to hook up a 2 zone switching relay to a 2 zone system. Only I don't know how to hook up a primary pump in the system to this board. What am I missing? Thanks
