She did a whole lot of talking an no listening, neither side should conform (humanity tried that, both in male dominate societies and female dominate societies, guess what? It didnt work). Seek to understand than to be understood (in this case), meaning woman goes to man with problem. Man gives typical man answer (shocker), understand his answer as an empathic and sympathetic answer because man is willing to help you at all. There is a reason why many cultures allow women to go to women with problems. NO surprise we respond innately differently, and show care innately differently. The opposite is also true guys, (in short) if you go to a woman with a logical problem and she wants to know about who your working with, don't be surprised. Is that spoon feeding enough? But so much for diversity and inclusion right?
