Warning: This explanation is for public, not for health professionals. Explanations lack of basic immune mechanisms. It is just a superficial brush of general mechanisms as information.

Thank you for the informative and easy explain. We discuss daily about COVID-19 vaccine comparing mRna vaccine from Pfizer and Sinovac from China. Many people in Asia prefer vaccine from Pfizer or Moderna.. than from China... But it´s up to their Health Care Government how they make deal or contracts... I think all about BUDGET :-)

@@MultiOranuch As an M.D I could only tell this: Sinovac was made as an old school "pacified virus" vaccine. So effectiveness is relatively low for first variant of Covid19 and almost little against mutations. Pfizer and Moderna Vaccines sound maybe good but no one could give assurement in LONG TERM whether it would be safe or not since intracellular mechanisms for a vaccine through mRNA-way is still full of mysteries. So choose with your own risk. Astra-Zeneca vaccine has also complications and low effectiveness on first variant like Sinovac and almost no effect against mutated variants. If possible to delay your vaccine shot you may do that ( IF and ONLY you are in safe quarantine conditions) for better success rated vaccines including the vaccines which could also cover the mutations. If not pick the option which you prefer or choose you are given. I would not want you to get in panic BUT this pandemia would take way longer than politicians and doctors tell puclicly. Each mutation makes the story restart from the square 1 !

mRNA vaccine if only could erase mutating Corona Virus that will be fine. But it is important to prevent the spreading by using far-ultaviolet rays at 245 nm wave lengths as well as fixing inside mask that could be better utilised in Hospitals as well as houses as if fixing a camera analogous to mosquito repellants. Will Madam Dr.Sudha Sheshan Vice Chancellor of MGR University from MMC will inspire scientists in this line of thought. Sankaravelayudhan Nandakumar.

We have PREP, which while not a cure or a vaccine is enough to prevent you from giving it (or most other STDs) to other people, but a one-shot vaccine with some boosters is maybe possible in the next 5-7 years

If I were you I would do what I did and that is keep researching the information available. It took me a while before I agreed to get the vaccine, but last December my best friend Joe Thorpe died from COVID-19. That was a very eye awakening experience for me, and I started looking into the vaccine. I hope you understand there are more than one type of vaccine being presented. There by different pharmaceutical manufacturers and the one that I chose is from Mederna. I have always been interested in science, biology was my major in college. This guy is someone that I understand is studying to be a medical doctor and right now he is teaching on the side. Are you sure that those are the ONLY side effects? Really? Also, how everybody is sure that the genetic code that they say contains the spike information, actually contains that? Or that the code itself vanishes after some time? There is no way for any common person to know anything about that or make sure that what they say is true. Only history will tell. I hope that everything is as they say.

@@jimmyswaggart1189 I like the way she repeatedly called the spike proteins "harmless". Um... that's what's causing the infection..🙄. Furthermore, pay close attention to the animation.. these HARMFUL (not harmless) spike proteins are expressed on the surface of each of your cells... meaning, your immune system attacks your own cells because they are now expressing HARMFUL spike proteins, making your own cells resemble little corona viruses. When your own body (immune system) attacks itself (your cells), it's called autoimmune disease. The music was good. But this message was woefully misleading...
