I heard that pappa vestapen found €4M to get junior a seat at torro rosso, so it sounds about right 👌🏻

I would’ve preferred carbon fibre seating but your video was still good. Thank you ma’am.

It's really odd that you're talking about the karting ladder to professional motorsports but showing footage of rental kart racing. I can race in a rental kart for ~$50 for a real race day. It's ~$300-500 rent a competition kart for a single race day. Not at all in the same financial category.

That last article Mark Hughes wrote is so negative towards Perez. The bias shows big time. Basically blaming Perez for crashing on Saturday which he did not crash just went into the gravel due to the car. People need to start looking at articles such as these that are made to discredit Perez.

Man, this video had an actual chance to show real race karts, and they spend it showing rental Sodi karts. Sigh...

Who cares? Why does it matter how expensive it is? What matters is, are the drivers any good. And as anyone can see when F1 drivers are interviewed, they are very well educated eloquent young men who really speak well of the sport. No illiterates or fringe criminals mucking up the face of the sport. So if the money is responsible for the fine quality of the character of the drivers, great.

Of course it matters how expensive it is. If you limit who can gain access to the sport, you limit the potential ability of any young drivers who may be ultra talented but can't afford to compete.
