Wow those welds are so clean. When DC5’s where reasonably priced a turbo build wouldn’t have been to out there for most but now the car prices are so high you’re talking big money all together. Yours is proper clean, you’ll never lose money on her now I don’t think.

I upgraded the cams and dual valve springs and retainers. The bottom end was stock and i didn’t break anything for over a year then sold the car.

It’s a t7 design cooler then I used an lines to make what I needed.

Hi Ash, I have a DC5 Type R. Purchased 5 years ago from Japan. It is not my daily, more like a toy. You said in your other video you wouldn't know what to replace it with. Do not ever sell it as when you get older you will regret it. I'm 59 and I have had sports cars all my life, and some I wish I kept and put away some where. Like my renault 5 GT Turbo. The wife says to me some days "why don't you sell it? you can't get in it cause you got a bad back" and my reply is NO!

Do you need to build your transmission to hold 400hp on a k20a2 with stock internals

No they seem to handle it fine much more power and I would say yes

255 Walbro I think he’s using. And no it’s not a return set up yet.

Yer I think it was worth it. When it’s dry I could put the power down but not a chance in the wet 😂 The new project I’ve got going in the eg is a k24 which should be interesting
