Don't worry about the haters man. I worked for a performance automotive shop a while back and we had a mustang branded dyno. Without exaggeration I would say one out of five dyno customers AT LEAST would demand there money back claiming our dyno wasn't correct. I seen a lot of feelings get hurt in my day LOL. And of course we already know about the armchair certified technicians that exist in the KZbin comments they're going to tell you that you're right or wrong no matter what the situation.

Personally I think that bad ass banshee makes really good power 100hp on a 350lb machine is insanely fast I cant imagine any more power! Banshee seems to pull alot harder than most KZbin banshee that claim 100+hp great job John great video as always

Why do you keep saying bone stock when there isn’t anything about that motor stock and if you are gonna go as far as 521 why not go ahead and have it ported and slicked up and get some one that is familiar with banshee’s rather than just hogging it out and hoping for the best. Are you running a Dynatech or what for the ignition and what size Carbs are you running?

Because I always do all of my own work and I wanted to create a baseline performance test for this so I could show the difference between each modification because I try to show things like this on KZbin because it's very valuable information that most builders do not show 👊

Having trouble with mine, usually build 4strokes. What carbs are you running? I'm in Florida and found a stock banshee that was sitting for 16 yrs, only did bolt ons and seals. Leak down and compression were mint. Did cool head with 22 domes, V4's, +4 timing, toomy 4's, PWK28's, water pump, clutch, run interceptor at 38:1 mix. Problem I'm having is the pipes getting hot AF and a burnt/crispy smell after riding hard. Temp gauge off head doesn't go above 160 tho. Keep fouling plugs, but have jetting at 145 and 52. Have ran thru every combo from 140-160 and 40-50. Jjh clip up and down too. Seems boggy no matter what untill power band. Right now I'm at 148 and 52, air screw 2 out, if I go out its boggier, if I go in it's zinggy but gets hot quicker

I feel like that's a very low number considering I've seen 421's on 92 make about 70 to 80. Maybe try porting the cylinders could definitely boost the power a lot if done correct. I want to learn about this so definitely give us an update if you figure out how to make it faster

I had a 392 in this last year that made 75 lol, but keep in mind its on an automotive dyno that may be robbing it some and i didnt have enough fuel in jets either. Def more on the table yet 👊 updates def coming
