Do more. Appraise them in USD based on normative metrics (location, building materials, amenities) and then think of some way to get a good USD->rupee exchange rate. How do they actually figure out exchange rates? Maybe research that and use the same principals. If you do that and make the video way shorter you'll get 500k easy.

2:06 - "none of the houses in this town have Doors..." this is actually quite a vital chunk of the 'lore', in OoT...when going through the Deku Tree, Navi will chime in to tell you how to Press A when it says "Open" next to a Door, to Open the Door...because for most of Link's life, he's never known how to use one, because he's never HAD to... ...fast-forward to after getting the Spiritual Stones and pulling the Master Sword, and WHY was Ganondorf able to seize control? because Link (still not 100% on the concept of Doors) left the door to the Sacred Realm wide open!! so Link begins the game not knowing how to Open doors, and the conflict escalates from him not knowing how to Close doors behind him, either... all the dungeons you encounter involve UNLOCKING doors, with Keys or Switches, but nowhere in the game does Link LOCK a door...

One correction I need to make is your comment about the shooting gallery. The shooting gallery in Kakariko doesn't exist when Link was a kid due to the building still being built, so this suggests that it moved from Castle Town to Kakariko sometime after Castle Town was attacked and made unlivable. So it's not a chain, the owner just moved to a different location after the original location was destroyed. Same for the Bazaar, which funnily enough used to apparently be a home when Link was a kid because it was where the gate guard and his son lived.

26:20 history nerd time! Windmills were important public infrastructure as well as valuable private assets of individual magnates. It's likely that the windmill is the property of whomever owns the land the village sits on and collects revenue from taxes and commerce therein. But since the windmill clearly functions as a public necessity pumping water into the well, and since there appears to be no grain-milling equipment inside, it doesn't seem to have any economic value for its owner, so I think it should classify as a public building.

As an Adventurer I surefire would take the Forrest Temple as my Homebase. All I had to do is to let Link go first so he can purge the curse ol Ganondorf put up. Once Link is done the Restauration could begin. Thanks to the legendary prime location one can go to anywhere important in very short time, building materials are also more than just available. And the absolute best thing is that one would not even need to officially buy the land as there's basically no one who can remember that place actually exists, so there's no reason to worry. You are forgetting that Link eventually gets a Cow which he keeps in his house. So that takes up space, though also makes you wonder how he got it into the house (if thinking about realism). 2:00 Also, if you are financially secure the rural seclusion would actually be very nice. Additionally, after Ganon is temporarily defeated & the Deku Tree Sapling has started growing and the threats that infested the area are destroyed I think it would actually be wonderful living in Kokiri Forest. Buy out that fenced area & build your own house. It would be nice. 18:23 There is a room in Goron City that has a bunch of boulders, a few chests, and a stone of truth in it that if you could permanently clear out the boulders would actually be a nice place to live in if you added some proper furnishings & ventilation. 49:34 Hey, all you need is the "Eye of Truth" and you can get to the end of that structure. 1:02:04

Awesome video!! I’d adore seeing something about the houses in Pathologic, especially because the town there is so detailed
