How did you finance the tiny home? My wife and I are renovating a 4-Plex value-add property. So far we've finished and listed the smallest of all the units (studio) and have been killing it. The studio is already paying for the mortgage. So the other three (all are 1bed and 1bath) will have this property really cash flowing. We're on 2 acres and have plenty of space for a tiny house or two. Adding one will really bump our numbers. Your advice is truly appreciated!

Couldn’t you get a smart plug for the hot tub and turn it on from your phone in the morning before people get there?

It's on constantly but the cleaners empty the tub after every guest to clean it. That's why the water may be cold when guest arrive same day as check out

Hi Jazz! Would you recommend my husband and I invest in a tiny home first, or a home? We own a pretty much brand new home in Colorado. It’s two years old. My goal is to actually move to Tennessee in a few years and maybe buy a duplex and live in one and rent out the other.

Keep your home in colorado and rent it out. Eventually refinance it and use money in down for a house with land. Use land for tiny house

I have the same issue with my Kwikset! It keeps jamming and not locking properly, and my lock wouldn’t turn on or do anything! Switched out the batteries and it came back on, mind you they were brand new batteries 🤦🏽‍♀️

During recessions most ppl travel within the country and do short getaways. TN rentals survived the last recession
