Although I agree to a great extent with the pinned comment, however the vast majority of relationships between a foreigner and a filipina have enormous financial disparity. So with that in mind when your in a relationship in a long distance relationship if you have vetted the person you are in a relationship with and "ONLY" if you have actually visited her family and you and this filipina are truly in love. In that situation you will have a pretty good idea as a foreigner what your lady's family is like. So if she was to say I need help and the reason is serious and urgent, it is a moral duty to help her if she really needs it. Sometimes a little bit can go a long way for someone in need, sometimes a lot can be the difference between life or death. There is no white and black answer in my humble opinion because this is a moral question that has a lot of grey area. Me personally I would rather have helped at that dire moment than penny pinched because I was scared of losing some money, but that's just me and my hero complex I don't know. I have met alot of filipinos. And the men especially if you show them kindness, they will never forget it, they would gladly give you their shirt off their back and their last bit of food if you needed it.

I love the video again another awesome video thank you. I never realized that Filipino women would ask their foreigner boyfriends for money. If they’ve never seen them, I would never give money to anyone you would have to be living with me in order to get money my wife now when we were dating, she never asked for money she worked. I know in the Philippines is poor. I understand that, but that would be my only biggest fear that I would be scammed or the woman is only with me because I have a little bit of money, but I love your videos. I’m learning so so much. Sheryl is a smart and mature lady and she nailed it. You don't send money to a GF that lives a state away in the U.S., why would you send it to someone you've never met in person half way around the world. But it is his money and he decides what to do with it, if he wants to send, he can, maybe just believing he is making her life better makes him feel good and happy. I think a foreigner should tell a Filipina right up front, he will NOT send money for any reason, and see if she sticks to it and doesn't ask. If she's a scammer she'll leave immediately or try at least once, if she gets nothing she'll leave, plenty of other gullible foreigners out there. If a Filipina gets offended by him saying it, too bad, she needs to get over it fast, it is her own people perpetuating and reinforcing the scammer stereotype, making foreigner more cautious, and making "good" Filipina have to work harder to prove themselves. Ask for that CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) right up front too. All interviews say a "good" Filipina will not ask for money/material things, she will not talk about money and change the subject if the foreigner brings it up, she will decline it if he offers, the ONLY thing she wants is his time and attention. It's nice to hear these ladies all say it's not the foreigners responsibility. I hope you and the family have a wonderful day 😁

You touched on the subject of married Filipinas talking to foreign men. I've come across a few who call theirselves single mothers when, in actuality, they are separated mothers. One of them had been separated for 17 years, and her child had already turned 18, and she wanted to start her own life . I asked her, and she said it didn't matter about her being married because it had been so long since she separated from her husband. I know what the law says as after this I did my homework. I know many Filipinos live together, and both are married to other people, and nothing becomes of it, so what is the real truth.

If you have met in public and spent a lot of time together, I think it is fine to send money to your girlfriend if you can afford it. If you have never met, I would advise against sending money.

I recently tried to meet Filipina online. About 95% ask for money right away or want to sell naughty for money. Out off all the spam I get for money I have had very few genuine conversations. And it's obvious some are just fake scams and might not even be a Filipino, but many are real Filipino that look at a foreigner like me as just a chance for money. Not sure I want to even vacation there now, just sad.

You're searching in the wrong places. There's many awesome, single Filipinas with traditional Filipino values that would make any man happy. You just have to find her. And once you do, you'll be loved in a way you never experienced before. Try befriending a foreigner that's already married to a Filipina for years. He'd probably know a great lady that's single, possibly his wife's sisters, cousins, friends, that are not up to the shenanigans those other ladies online are up to.

When my husband was my LDR bf he still help and send me allowances when I give up my overseas job before marriage.He don't mind sending me coz to be honest I'm in need but I don't take advantage on him and I don't demand...Even now as married I'm still shy to asked or demand I just wait him to give me allowance for my needs I mean important necessities...Not all are materialistic but there are also Filipina scamming out of Love...

Well angel only one to gave a specific amount for non-married so she must’ve done it before. I’ll say this for my married Filipina it’s no less than 11,000. She’d never had a boyfriend before me. I value her very much because of that knowledge verified by myself after marriage. So if you throw in a month of birthday or Christmas then it’s ₱22,000

I have never heard of women in Phillipine cheating on men when it comes to money. I once heard from a KZbinr who had settled in Thailand that a Thai woman was married and planned with her husband, whom she passed off as her brother, to pretend to be in love and married with this foreigner during and after his two vacations, so that He constantly sent her money from abroad. But when she got the marriage papers it turned out that her alleged brother was her husband. So you shouldn't always believe everything, even if you've fallen in love with that person.He transferred $300 a month to her for about a year and also left her his computer so she could keep in touch with him could stand.

Don't send money before you meet and maybe after meeting a few times. She lived fine before you, she will be ok now. However, there are times when you should court a girl and why not give her little gifts. Did you know you can send grab food from the US and have it delivered to your LDR GF? Surprise your girl with a meal from Jollibee. She will be so touched. You would do that for a girl you just met and took on a date. Even if you are far apart Don't forget romance is only dead if you let it die. We can make a girl smile no matter where in the world you are.

Sending money to an LDR gf is not a good idea. Her emotional and financial needs are being met but his intimacy needs aren’t. Only one is getting all of their needs met so its a total win for the girl and almost guaranteed total loss for the guy. Imagine a guy sending money because the gf always say she needs help. But when its time to meet up in person, she decides to break up, not meet up with him, or just endless excuses and reasons not to meet up in person. Its a bad deal for men. Send money only after you been in a relatiosnship for 2 years or more and the 2 of you already been together in person many times already, then yes.

A man should send nothing but love letters and flowers occasionally even if he's met the Filipina because he does not know her. Besides if the man leads with money the Filipina will see him as an ATM so if and when you get together the Filipina has already lost respect for you. If you truly likes a man she will never ask if the man plays nice guy and sends it anyway he's already ruin the relationship. I shouldn't say this but guys if send flowers unexpectedly that 2k pesos you spend could save you alot of headache and heartache when the flowers are sent a picture is taken that way you get to see if another man is already in the picture 😆 no pun intended
