I had my first cervical fusion, c6/7 in 2014 and my second cervical fusion for c5/6/7 in 2015. The objective evidence they can see is the 4 inch plate screwed into my neck fro c5/6/7. I haven’t felt my left index finger since 2014. A lower back procedure I had in 2020, Intracept Procedure, similar to a RFI, where the Dr. went into my spine with a hot needle and fried multiple nerves as a way to help to reduce/eliminate back pain. I have constant pain in my neck, have reduced range of motion, and sever headaches as a result of the neck pain. Along with the back, I am afraid to move a certain way, stand too long and or sit too long, all which elevate the pain. As someone who has lived with the pain for so long, it becomes part of everyday life. My SSDI medical review was accomplished a week ago, I am sitting at 78% complete. I am currently 59 and stopped working last year because the multiple issues i have that cause continued pain, made it impossible to stay focused to perform my duty requirements.

Almost all you said has happened to me. I am in pain while watching you. I don't know what exactly to do with cervical sprain headaches and continues neck pain. What can I do?
