Liked the video, but I want to add on to another question I noticed posted to you. Are there any solutions to protecting your tshirt designs from being copied, without spending the $$ to trademark them? Or atleast to make it difficult for designs to be copied? Like maybe printing your logo real small in the printable area where the design will appear? Obviously if you do any copying then you might not want to answer, but i'm curious if you have any solutions.

No way to protect it. Unless it's copyrighted. Build am audience and you won't need to worry. They will come to the main source and avoid andy imitators.

I'm gonna be honest here. I have zero interest in your vector packs etc. However I respect the POD/business knowledge that you are putting out here. There are tonnes of of YTers doing illustrator/photoshop stuff, but very little on how to do the website/shopify/ecommerce/POD connection part. It's all very good designing a shirt, but a total waste of time if you cannot get it online and then keep repeating that easily. Please consider doing a 'start- to-end' series on getting a 'own domain' store up and running via Shopify & Printing. Not hating just looking for some real solid expert advice. Also I want ask about the 3001 vs Gildan 64000. Do you have actual experience of the two? I am very tempted by the range of colours for the 3001 (even though black or white will be the majority), but I would hate for find out that the 3001 fades quickly.

David Cairns yes we have to be mindful about the things we say, KZbin isn’t a guaranteed pay check especially how they’re demonizing lately for the simplest of reasons so him offering vector packs is just another avenue for revenue and at least he isn’t over powering about it throwing it around every other sentence. Respect to you though for seeing your error.

Thanks for the advice, but how do we copyright protect our own shirt designs on our POD shops? Also I watched in ur other video about bell canvas 3001 vs 3413, I will probably use 3413 now for all of my shirts but how the colors are the limiting factor. Where can I get that military green bella canvas if i am using printful? If not does bella canvas have an app that can connect with BigCommerce?

Your stuff is automatically copyrighted. But I red that if you ever get in a dispute, and need to prove that you are the original designer of an art piece, you can either mail it to yourself physically(and never open the letter until you need it in court)... or on email. You need to prove that you have the earliest date of a creation in a way that's not easily cheated. Btw, not a lawyer, so seek legal advice and yada yada.

No way to SERIOUSLY protect it without a COPYRIGHT filing. All other methods are deterrents. Focus on building the audience and happy customers...and they won't look for imitators.
