Robert Loyale I’m not a graphic Designer I just have some great ideas for tee’ and other apparel.. so I out sourced to a great graphic artist that I’ve worked with before doing music covers and such .. and he quoted me 1 logo, 4 shirt design for 1k. I was wondering if this seems reasonable or expensive for someone who is just starting out and is outsourcing going to just be an expensive rout to take .. ty in advance appreciate your channel and content

Great insight and find it very helpful. I'm sure that picking the quality (in America vs overseas) is as important to distinguish yourself from the competitor. Looking forward to Part 4!

Awesome video!!! This made me subscribe. I had a question... you mentioned that it's best to not max 10 designs for your collection. Is that total? I'm launching an apparel line for men and boys and didn't know if I should have 10 each or all together. I have 10 men tees and 7 boys. Thx
@RobertLoyale7 жыл бұрын
I like to say that variety is amazing BUT too much variety can turn a person off. So launch in seasons. Like spring season, 5 designs. You actually see this in real life though. You'll burn yourself out doing 100 designs really quick you know?
@latoya12747 жыл бұрын
Robert Loyale that's true. I've actually narrowed it down to 7 men tees and I think I'll start there and launch the boys (like 3-5) in the summer. So spring I'll launch the men's. Thx for your help.

Hi what advise do you have for people living in the Bahamas of a population of about 350,000? I have the passion to start my t shirt Brand but is some what stuck. I don't have graphic design experience but I have the ideas of what I want on a shirt. Help a sista out.
@RobertLoyale7 жыл бұрын
+sharmaine knowles well you can always hire somebody. If not hiring, then learning the tools that expresses your plan. Quick tip, type faces and fonts are great tools for design. More on that soon. //I teach design lol learn from me!

Ok great so would that be in photoshop? My computer does no have photoshop. which means upgrade. I appreciate your quick response.

You talk about 5 shirts, so that is 5 different designs on the shirt or will the type of shirt, v-neck vs crew neck suffice? Can you come out with two designs and build off of it a few months at a time?
@robertdavis29986 жыл бұрын
Jus Allyy yea start with basic t, promote next design or same design in a different garment. 1 week later than drop sweat shirt with original logo.Two weeks later, drop hoody (while building anticipation )with surprise drop female v neck/tank top same day. 1 week later drop second design. Etc. that’s what I’m planning to just more in depth, hope it helps

I know, I'm not wearing any pants lol But really, if they are going to see you from the chest up, would you even bother putting pants on?

What site do you recommend for me to design a shirt
@RobertLoyale7 жыл бұрын
Spreadshirt is pretty cool. I'm actually uploading some graphics on there for people to use. Check em out.
@Notorious_jclb7 жыл бұрын
Robert Loyale is there a way to put my design onto etsy or any other shop?
@RobertLoyale7 жыл бұрын
Well Etsy is a crafting website. Unless they have changed over the years and opened a "print on demand" option, you would have to get your shirt printed and sold. The thing about Spreadshirt is that you can integrate the shop to another website. So I'm going to do a video about Spreadshirt real soon but the integration process is really easy.
