this is so true, i have been sleeping at night around 2-3 am and sometimes even more later , and this schedule has brought a lot of anxiety , lack of positivity and tiredness in my lifestyle. Whenever i wake up it is around 11 am and then i realize that most of my time went in vain at night and a sense of insecurity drives my day that my friends would have probably studied everything till now and that i am too late to start. whereas waking up in the morning brings a sense of positivity and freshness in my mind and no such FOMO makes me feel left out

Some suggestions to add/improve in Human Sleep System.. - Should trigger sleep function after 5 -10 min of eye.exe closing. - Reduce the save memory/ repair brain tissue/ body growth etc functions time to 4 - 6 hrs - Add a method in dream class to save a video file in Long term memory file. - Ability to learn new things in dream mode. Which can be utilised in wake up mode.

thankyou so much shradha didi for telling this because I can't identify from last months that what is happening with me , why I'm forgetting the last chapters , why i can't remind them. i though that maybe I'm lacking in the revision and this really sucks and i need to start everything from starting and i can retrieve only few concepts and i get frustrated by that and my sleep schedule is very bad , sometimes i don't sleep and and if i sleep then it's around 2-3pm and now i will take a proper sleep of 7hrs and i will not let it affect my health. thankyou for adding this valuable information in my life and di you're the best. Thankyou for the java course , that's really amazing . I'm exploring coding and it is very interesting. so now i will make my to-do list and then i will sleep. thankyou aman bhaiya and shradha di

I don't know, but I am very comfortable in sleeping 6 hours in summers and a little more (may be 7 or 7.5) in winters. Note: At any condition I do not pull all nighters. My brain shuts after 2am. It should not be necessary to sleep 8 hours.

Concept behind sleeping 8hrs is OK. But only 20min meditation each day allows us to reduce the sleeping quota to 6hrs. Still the PROPER sleeping hour varies person to person.
