I stopped eating cereal last month for this exact reason. The hidden sugar is crazy! I've replaced it with homemade bread for toast as breakfast. All the artificial ingredients in almond milk put me off of cereal, also. I was going to start making homemade almond milk but realised it's just easier to give up eating cereal all together 😅

Yeah I’ve also stopped my cereal intake, it takes up like half or more of your “daily allowance” I’d rather make my own. And yeah I get unsweetened almond milk as of now but I want to make my own due to the unnecessary additives. But you’re right, probably easier to just not eat cereal 😂😂.

@@thegreenmother9 half? Wow, it's even worse than I thought! The unsweetened one was too bland for me, so I used to have half sweetened and half unsweetened in my bowl, lol. Yes- much easier lol

@@TheWellnessAbbey that’s a good idea ikr Erma of sweetness and yes so typically speaking women only need about 24g of sugar a day but some cereal has like 12g or more in a single serving 😳
