MANY OF US START WITH A RESOLUTION AT THE BEGINNING OF A NEW YEAR,TO START EXERCISING, ONLY TO QUIT IN THE FIRST WEEK ITSELF..
HERE ARE 3 EASY HACKS TO CONTINUE THE HABIT FOR A MONTH ,AFTER WHICH IT WOULD BECOME A PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE.
1) START IN THE EVENING, AFTER WORK OR NIGHT AFTER DINNER:
THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE IN WALKING IS GETTING OUT OF BED.YOU WOULD SIMPLY SNOOZE THE ALARM AND GO SLEEP. REMEMBER,THIS NIGHT HAS NO DAWN.IT IS EASIER TO START IN THE EVENING BECAUSE YOU ARE ALREADY AWAKE.IF YOU ARE TIERD AFTER OFFICE , GO FOR A SLOW WALK AFTER DINNER IN YOUR TERRACE. THIS WILL ALSO EASE THE POST DINNER HEAVINESS IN YOUR STOMACH.
2) LISTEN OT SOMETHING:"
IT COULD BE FAVOURITE MUSIC/PODCAST OR THE NEW ONLINE COURSE YOU HAVE ENROLLED ON TEACHABLE.USE YOUR HEADPHONES/MOBILE PHONE
3)HAVE AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER:
TAKING A FRIEND/SPOUSE ALONG WILL BE A GOOD MOTIVATOR .IF YOU DON'T HAVE COMPANY, CALL UP ALL THE FRIENDS /RELATIVES YOU HAVE BEEN MEANING TO CALL AND DID'NT DO, DUE TO LACK OF TIME....ONE FRIEND A DAY....
NOW HERE IS THE PROTIP .ONCE YOU HAVE MAINTAINED THIS DISIPLINE FOR A MONTH IT BECOMES A HABIT YOU CAN'T QUIT ,AND YOU CAN SHIFT IT TO WHATEVER TIME YOU CHOOSE TO GO, EVEN @4 AM IN THE MORNING

Good one. I have been walking for some time and my hb1ac is under 6 for long time. I don’t have any diet and trying to reduce carbs now to see how that works. Invest in good show and smart watch. It really makes you feel guilty if you don’t walk.

Hello doctor I am.uma natarajan, 80 years old, having sugar for the past 27 years,.all theses years y HbA1c is good below 7, I.test once in 6 months recently I.tested in June 7.4, I undergone angioplasty in.the year 2012 November, inspite of all the tests undergone I went through, pulling on, I.have trigeminal neurology problems for the past 8years the pain is unbearable, taking tengitol 100mg 500.perday, 2 days back I casually saw your talks about diabetic, it's very informative, God bless you with good health and happiness, with love and blessings ❤❤

As far as possible, we have to walk to market places, worshipping centres and everywhere. The habit of riding two wheelers for small distance can be avoided.
