Game design and coding def draw the anxious and neurotic types vulnerable to decision paralysis. At the end of the day you want as many reps as you can get - like a weight lifter. Sokpop has released nearly 100 years in the past few years - that's a lot of reps!

@@brandsmp It def does and doesn't. It's a great way to test micro ideas. it's like a constant game jam. But hopefully, more successful projects like this can allow them to break the mold in some cases and allow a member to irk their Patreon responsibilities for a little bit :D

I got this game on Steam as part of a pack of games because I was after another on. It’s been a week now and I haven’t stopped playing it. I searched it on KZbin today not only to find one of my favorite KZbin personalities playing but finding a devlog too??? Excellent. Awesome game. I think it’s one of those games that could just get bigger than the dev ever though it would. Thank you for sharing this with the world!

I discovered this game 4 days ago from a streamer named Rizzo. I literally haven't been able to stop playing. I'm sure you get suggestions all the time but one area I would love to see developed is the Dark Portal. I'm on wave 163 and the rewards just aren't worth continually farming it. If you could scale the rewards with the introduction of new armor and weapons along with increasingly difficult combatants I think this would greatly help end game longevity. I can only farm Demons and Krakens so many times lol. I think you have the start to a really promising game. Thank you and congratulations!

This game is amazing and is going to be responsible for getting me into modding. I want to add so many custom cards into the game with just the mechanics that are available on the surface, I want the next dwarf fortress. I love this. I love reducing fidelity for depth, and the style is amazing and feels new. Nailed it.

Man i love your game, it's so simple and so creative, there's only one thing that bothered me which is that when i discovered all the cards in a pack i didn't know if i was done or not so i had to go pack by pack to be sure, it would be nice if when we discover all the cards in a pack it gets like a star in the corner so we know that it has completed that collection.

Nice vid, and nice game. There is still lots of room for content tho :P Like you could add different scenarios. Something like you start with 3 villagers and you can't get anymore. But you can get different equipment to make them stronger/faster. Boots, helmets, rings, chest-plates One villager could wear multiple things to boost his abilities. Idk :D

I have a feedback for your game. When a moon ends, villagers will feed on crops that are still on the field, leaving you with nothing to eat really if you have bad luck. I think crops on fields shouldn't be used as food on a moons end

Hey congrats on the success of your game (looks super fun I'll try it someday !), do you have techniques or tips to make card games ? For example in unity I made mine using UI Element only because I didn't want to learn ton of stuff at first (good or bad idea I'm not sure haha, it's okay looking and works great for now :D). Do you have a video "tutorial" on this subject or good resources ? (if not that's ok and thanks anyway :))

Very close but I don’t know what you did to make the smooth connection to each card allowing it follow one another at the same time. Well done and I can’t even play your game because the computer I’m using isn’t even my own and it’s and outdated Mac OS :( One day I’ll be able to play your game though hopefully lol I love seeing the updates. The only thing this game is lack of is automation and limited field for cards. If you don't take this issues into account the game is great 10/10, thank you for your hard work

About automation things like magnet that will stack all the cards of some type on it would be great. For example it will stack all the cards that are the same type as first on top of it. For limited field there can be solutions like chest for coins/shells but for food and materials. Storehouse for materials, refrigerator for food, and locality for structures, and library for ideas and rumors, although there are no sense in storing ideas

Also there is a bug when you get island related idea from old tome in main location you can't sold it, and you can't transport in on a boat :(
