And this doesn't even get into Woz Shinobi - one of the other Riders using the Shinobi powers, utilizing several techniques with it such as the Bushin, the Kiwarimi and so on, although he uses a spear instead of a sword. Honestly ZX, Shinobi, Yattori, Another Shinobi and Woz could all make up their own episode. Or two if they wanted to focus more on ZX who, with the Kamen Rider Spirits Manga, has more material than the other four.

Tbh KR Shinobi may have the color of a ninja, manage to hide his identity as a ninja with multiple techniques, the "Ninpo" in the spinoff really has me saying not a ninja. I say at least 3-4 out of 10 for the ninja being Frog based and done many ninja techniques, but the idea of them using Ninja magic is stupid

This might be a stretch but the other weapon in the kakuranger's starting kit, the kakulaser, resembles a flint lock pistol but fires laser beams. How accurate these ninjas are when they adopt laser technology is dependent on how they treated fire arms and new advancements in general historically.

Good grief they might get some credit for doing some actual Ninja things like the Hurricangers actually knowing and practicing some basic jutsus including how the elemental powers actually tie into Shinobi practices and arguably weapons, and how for Nininger the weapons are for the most part reversed engineer, and how some of the Niningers weapons mostly notably Nininger Gold's Ninja Guitar are created from seemingly normal objects.

Space Kraken I mean, aside from wearing black and red he’s honestly pretty close! He emphasizes stealth, fighting is a last resort for him and the rest of the Phantom Thieves, he utilizes numerous tools (items and weapons and even two ninja tools in Smash) and they’re pretty darn focused on stealth when going into palaces! Plus they emphasize information gathering as well as treasure stealing, especially helped by the Security Level system! And let’s not get started on tool crafting, hiding their identities, confidants and even social links or we’d be here all day!

Speaking of Johnny Yong Bosch, Sanada Yukimura and the 10 Braves. Bosch voiced Yukimura in Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes, the Basara anime, Samurai Warriors 3 and Warriors Orochi. See Linkara's History of Power Rangers for Megaforce for that explanation, because annoyingly some of Samurai's best parts are when they divert from the plot - like say, Lauren being Jayden's sister compared to the unrelated nature of Takeru to the Shiba clan, because it allowed for some more personal scenes and relationship between the two.

The story of Sanada Yukimura (or his real name Sanada Nobushige) is actually even greater than you described, Goombah. His father and he fought Tokugawa forces twice and won both times at their home, Ueda Castle, both times having way fewer men than the enemy. The Second Battle of Ueda, Sanada father and son used few thousand men to stall 38 thousand Tokugawa forces from joining the Battle of Sekigahara. After being imprisoned to a mountain village by Tokugawa Ieyasu for going against him, he escaped just in time to join Toyotomi Hideyori at Osaka Castle. At there, he recreated the legendary Akazonae of Takeda. Commanding his Akazonae from the stronghold of Sanada Maru, a small fortification of Osaka Castle, he defeated the new Tokugawa Shogun forces at the Winter Battle of Osaka, leading the Tokugawa forces suing for peace. Later at the Summer Battle of Osaka, he charged directly into Ieyasu's position, cutting down all the forces standing in the way, legend says that Ieyasu almost committed Seppuku as his position was overrun. After this battle, he was called "The Greatest Warrior of Japan". A total badass.

The football attack was drawn directly from earlier Sentai seasons, most notability the first team, Goranger. The "team weapon finisher" usually the BFG cannon type but there have been exceptions, like Gaoranger/Wild Force's sword weapon, wouldn't arrive until the latter half of the second season, JAKQ and their "Big Bomber"... which unlike later seasons was an actual cannon, looking like someone had swiped it from the set of a pirate movie.
