How Nuobell Dumbbells Work

The Nuobell dumbbells has a twisting mechanism that allows you to adjust 5-80 lbs in 5 lb increments. It's slick as it is a one handed operation and clicks quickly to the weight you want. I agree with you about the 2 legged stand. Not wobbly like the 1 legged one, and only $10 more. Well worth it in my opinion.Takes up about the same space.

OH MY GOD. I've been trying to figure out what those half plates were for. I could not find a place for them and "installation" paper didn't say anything about them. And then there was no true 5/15/25. Everything was just moving up by 10 and I was so annoyed. This is great thank you.

I thought the bar was made from nylon that locks extends out. I've heard from multiple reviews these are very fragile. If you bump them say during chest exercises or shoulder presses will they break?

They do not seem super sturdy so I would be careful with the locking mechanisms.

I feel 80lbs is way past what a normal person would need, and these dumbbells are so overly expensive, I'd probably go for any other adjustable set that's in the $100 range

They do sell a cheaper 50lb version. True, cheaper ones will do the same job with slightly less convenience.

these are not worth it mind are still working but one wont go below 15 pounds
