This is so helpful. I’ve considered keratin but I also have fine hair. I currently use k18 once a month. Curious if that is enough to get the benefits like protection and shine.
@timelesslymirnaАй бұрын
K18 is great for strength and rebuilding the hair. It won’t however add extra protection and shine as much as keratin. But using k18 is good for general maintenance!

@@timelesslymirnathank you so much h for responding. I wish I was near you. I’d just book an appointment. I will have to find someone local who can help or try doing it myself.

@@Kmvxh4wn Aw I wish I could have you in my chair too! When looking for a stylist make sure to see their clients' curls before and after the treatment. That way you can feel confident that your curls won't suffer any damage. Good luck! 💕

Thank you so much for this video. It was so helpful. Can you please explain the difference between a Keratin Treatment and Texture Release please? Xxx
@timelesslymirna2 ай бұрын
You’re most welcome! The main difference is keratin lasts longer and has more smoothness and elongation of the curl than a texture release. If you struggle with shrinkage, keratin may be a better option

your keratin treatments look so good 😭❤ do your clients usually get a full or express treatment? i was wondering if the express treatment is this effective on 4c hair or if the full treatment works better for 4c.
@timelesslymirna2 ай бұрын
Both treatments work for 4C hair. I use the express treatment because it requires less heat

I'm interested in getting this treatment because i'm just tired of braids and I can't manage my natural hair. However I do have greys which I dye every few weeks. Would I still be able to use hair dyes with this treatment?
@timelesslymirna10 күн бұрын
Yes, absolutely. I have clients who are gray that get the treatment as well. I coach my clients to get their color done first then get the keratin to strengthen hair after. Keratin and color pair well together.
@kathy-annmccollin542510 күн бұрын
@@timelesslymirna thanks for the response. How long after the color would I have to wait to get the Treatment?
@timelesslymirna10 күн бұрын
@@kathy-annmccollin5425 I recommend waiting at least one wash day after your color. I.e. color service, wash day at home, keratin service. This gives your hair a chance to have a break and bounce back before another treatment. Hope this helps 💕

Hey! So I’m definitely thinking of booking with you when I come home to Brooklyn in January! However I do want to do something now as well but I’m in Michigan right now. I only found one Salon that does Cezanne Keratin treatments. They seem reputable, and that they’ve worked with 3-4 type hair, but it’s a Spanish salon so I’m a little worried they might not be as cautious with my hair. What kind of questions do you think should I ask to see if it’s trustworthy?
@timelesslymirna2 ай бұрын
I recommend looking at pictures of their clients curls before and after keratin. That is the best indicator if your curls are in good hands. Pictures or videos don’t lie

I keep going back and forth about this. I prefer to wear my hair straight instead of curly. Would you recommend this? Since I’d have to wash my hair weekly, can I also use heat to straighten?
@timelesslymirna2 ай бұрын
Yes, you can wear your hair curly or straight with the treatment. You can style your hair however and the treatment will keep your hair strong and style in place
@ahsia922 ай бұрын
So i’ll be able to straighten it without heat damage?
@timelesslymirna2 ай бұрын
@@ahsia92 It doesn’t protect your hair from heat damage you still have to use heat protection
@frauleinfraise7375Ай бұрын
When you rinse the treatment is it true if you leave more in, it will be more straight I saw that in a Brazilian video but I am not sure how it would be for cezanne I cant find stylilsts in my area that do it so I am going to use an at home treatment instead.
@timelesslymirnaАй бұрын
Leaving a lot of keratin in your hair will cause your hair to straighten because it’s keratin build up. I recommend following the manufacturer’s instructions of the product you’re using because each keratin treatment is different.

My lifestyle includes goong to the gym and sauna 1 a week. Will this treatment be good for me
@timelesslymirna2 ай бұрын
Yes, It will help keep your hair manageable. I workout as well and it helps keep my hair from getting too frizzy. But if your hair gets wet it will revert to curly when straightened. So I keep my hair in a high ponytail. If you use a sauna your hair will revert because it’s too much moisture in the air. You can put in a deep conditioner put your hair in a sleek bun and go in the sauna for a quick hair moisture treatment
