Can the Mortals of Azeroth ever hope to stand against the Void of World of Warcraft, especially now as we head into the World Soul Saga and with WoW The War Within looming this question becomes more important than ever.

Yeah, the Jailer, who was behind everything up until this point, got to his knees in front of us, so let's PLEASE bring another sundering with Void Lords so the game can start fresh all over with better graphics and items to collect. The game is just too much... now they are meddling with time-crossover itself. I'm going to feel a little bit lost in story too...

@@Conclava Yeah we're all waiting for the big reset and I'm really hoping this Void Lord is just going to obliterate Azeroth as we know it. I know it's going to upset a lot of people but the 20 years of retcons and unretcons and timelines have begun to really dilute the game itself.

Nice vid with good questions and points to get people thinking. I actually like how blizzard made a distinction between Shadow and Void to create more possibilities. Remember we were told that the void lords have war among themselves too. This could mean that not all of them might agree on invading reality, which forms that good part of the void. I think in worldsoul saga the light alone won't stand a chance against the void. So with Alleria's help we defeat the void with void. I would be happy if it turns out like that cause this makes void more popular on Azeroth which makes the Army of the light and the titans mad ( I think this will be the last titan expansion ) . Would like to know your opinion acco ❤ :D

What If... The reason the void lords can't cross through the veil is because of the amount of energy it would require to open a portal strong and stable enough for one of them to pass through. And the reason Dimensius eats worlds is because he uses the matter and energy to produce the power to open one of these portals and the reason they want to devour Azeroth is because the energy of an unborn titan is what they need to open the portal through the veil, making Dimensius the true harbinger, he who opens the path... I would believe we don't really stand a change against a being like Dimensius I mean there is a reason Azeroth is calling out for us, just the same way the Ethereals heard the call of their world before Dimensius came...

I believed in the beginning that Locus Walker is Nexus-King Salhadaar and because he lead the Ethereum and they took drastic measures in fighting Dimensius, even transforming themselves into void creatures, maybe Salhadaar done the exact thing and when he died in Netherstorm, he didn't actually die because was not killed in the Void and was reborn there. But now I believe other theory: what happened to the worldsoul of K'aresh? Dimensius being a Void Lord would have not wanted to destroy the worldsoul, the Void wants to corrupt it, no? I believe Locus Walker is the worldsoul of K'aresh, he took the form of his planet dominant lifeform. It is not true that a born titan can't be corrupted by the Void? And looking into Pandemonius wiki I noticed something that is relevant now and another theory popped: he was one of Dimensius generals, a voidwalker and was bound by Nexus-Prince Shaffar and forced to continue sating his unending hunger in service to the ethereals. Voidwalker? Unending hunger lost to the ages? Locus Walker is Pandemonius?

Yes there is a chance but first we must find a way to step over into the void realm/dimension as that is the only way to kill them, ..., inside the void realm.

So I want to reference one of Warcraft's inspirations that isn't Lord of the Rings. Dungeons and Dragons. The earliest edition of dungeons and dragons did not have the same alignment chart it does now with 9 divisions. Instead it had only two: Lawful and Chaotic. In the DnD's cosmology wheel you have the prime material plane (so Azeroth) and its two reflections, the Shadowfel and the FEYWILD (Emerald dream) closely surrounded by the elemental planes. These are called the inner planes. The outer planes have their own origin. The two forces of the cosmos were Lawful and Chaotic and they were equally balanced. Then one of the gods, Tharizdun grabbed a shard of the previous reality...which HATED the current reality. When Tharizdun, corrupted by the shard, stabbed a place of reality...it plunged down until it created the Abyss. As the forces of Law and Chaos contended with the Abyss, some of them became corrupted....by evil. Lawful angels fought the demons of the abyss and became lawful...EVIL entities of the Nine Hells. Now if you apply this to the lore of WoW, with the belief that this is inspiration (the creators of Warcraft would have played dungeons and dragons with Chris Metzen having created a 5th edition D&D game 3yrs ago), you can put the Void in place of Chaos and Order in place of Lawful. The titans, in the D&D crossover, have the lawful alignment with the old gods having the chaotic alignment. I believe this explains the power I assign to the void, that they aren't really corrupting us as...bringing our essence back to how it originally was. Lol I can go on a rant too :)

From the lore, that was considered to be a different entity altogether. I believe Chris was once asked about that and he explained that, that was not the Void Lord but rather a lesser void entity

Wasnt it stated, that in the beginning, only light and void was there, and when they clashed the fell or disorder was created. My thought is, could it be that the outer energy is light and void, and the four other powers (death, life, order, disorder) is a mix of both that was created in the same or other clashes? And even they might be confused, as meant chaos could also house life and death, for life is chaotic, it has a order, though mutation and stuff can break those kinda. The same for order. Is life order or chaos? Is death chaos or order? I think we think to cloesd on this matter for we have also account the wise an immortal and absolute powerful being understands stuff like that i guess? So what if the 4 powers there are actually just 2, always shifting between light and void? Might easily get debunked, i am not that much of a lore fanatic, but these are my thoughts with the little i know^^

The Void Lords by the Word itself means there are more then one and if we take the infinite Truths as fact every Void Lord itself follow a own Truth or not witch can mean the Void itself dosent like the idear to consume Azeroth because they see a other parth what is like N´zoth think further and dont seek a win about Azeroth. They knew that a cosmos only with Void and wihtout Azeroth might be not enough because if Azeroth is truly Creation it can serve more the intrested of Void and Light.

Extremely powerfull, Powerscalling wise based on the cosmology map Void lord are outside reality itself,I know what they truly are, lot of hints in the game. They are Living Ideas Pretty much They embody Entropy itself, emptyness, absence of things. I have no idea how we will fight something like that, How do you fight Concept of entropy/absense of things? Like This is Riddiculous power lvl. Think of Darkseid/new gods from DC Void lords are essentialy in this tier of power. Titans would essentialy get curbstomped. I think The only reason Void lords does not end existence/collapse it into singularity of nothing, is That First ones, The creators of wow verse made some failsafes most likely. And i Dissagree about Dimensius, He is a Void lord, But a mere fraction of its true nature, An Avatar. Dimensius with mere pressence alone, Heavily damaged planet/shattered it. This is a mere irrelevant fragment of Void lord btw, keep that in mind Like i said, First ones put some failsafes to their creation so Void lords can not simply manifest insude reality sphere in Stronger avatars. I think we can win if Azeroth wakes up and we find out she is actualy a first one. Then its GG as First ones are high into outerversal, possibly boundless as They transcend entire cosmology map, all concepts like death/time/space etc too not to mention warcraft has crazy layers of dimensionality/ planes of existence.

Some will say Death is the weakest Cosmic Force, but I beg to differ. From what I can tell, Void hates or fears Death, and to me, Void is the powerhouse we don't stand a chance against.
