Great podcast. Thank you. However I was not clear about one thing, so women who have breast cancer shouldn’t be on aromatase inhibitors, but should get B- estrogen?

I had a different question: are you saying that women who are post menopause by a number of years would not benefit from estrogen therapy at all?

I am a congenital heart failure patient. One function that estrogen has, is its heart protective function, why doctors will put me on HRT once it is necessary.
