Mr. Williams hosted an art show at his building last summer- I sold every single painting I hung that day and the extras in the U-Haul. I thank him for that opportunity. Even stayed back late enough to meet him and Rae sremmurd and they were very kind and down to earth. I hope to work with them more in the future.

All this year FORBES has showcased black success without it feeling like they have an “Diversity” quota. Forbes keep it up. Our culture has so many successful individuals from small business owners to CEO’s of major corporations. 🔥 We are tired of being the topic of conversations only when it’s something negative ❤️

You’re a really great interviewer. You always know how to connect to everyone you talk to and help them articulate what they are trying to say in a ways that you know your audience will be appreciate.
@hoopbeast71877 ай бұрын
For longer interviews I give about 10 minutes to see if it's worth it. Mike talking about how he reads the room to base if the song will be a hit is very smart. In statistics, we use sample sizes to assess the larger population. He may not have taken a statistics course but this is intuitively the best way to go about seeing if the song will do well. Word of advice increase the sample size to maybe 50-100.

He sounds like me. He may deal with Cluttering (which is similar to stuttering as it affects the ability to convey your thoughts). In short, our brain goes a lot faster than our communication system can accommodate. We struggle with word finding and having a word on the “tip of our tongue”. This results in our messages jumping all over the place and not being concise in what we want to communicate

Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I couldn't determine whether to start paying for a house. In the end, I sold my positions, and the house needed more work than I had planned. I'm not sure how long I can keep going like this

True. My portfolio was diversified across several markets with the help of a financial planner, and were able to achieve over a million in net profit among high dividend yield equities, ETFs, and bonds. It is vital that you have a variety of exposure, including in firms that are currently generating cash flows.
